Always had a great experience with Dr. Gusippe - he is a good optometrist. It's the office manager and the rest of the office that there is an issue with. Recently went to pick up glasses and and sun glasses. I could not see out of the lenses, pain in my eyes when wearing and the sunglasses seemed wavy so could not wear them either. I wanted to return both pair, but they would not give me a refund for the lenses! Only refunded me for the frames. Even when I could not see out of them. I called them a day after wearing g the glasses, but had to see dr before they would let me return them. I had them for a week and tried to wear them. I had been to another eye dr about a year ago, and when the glasses didn't work, they refunded in full. I guess with a new office, they need the money.....
