A week later called me and said replaced bushings but needs new bridge and will have to order the part that'll be $200. Another week or so goes buy and they say glasses are ready. I went in to pick them up and the problem wasn't solved. The arms/legs of the glasses were still loose and charged me $200 and did not document what they replaced or fixed. I indicated that they didn't solve the problem and was not happy. They said glasses were fine as they replaced the bridge. I asked them if they did a full assessment of the glasses, and they "said" they replaced the bridge. I said I cannot wear them because they are loose and still flimsy. How do you charge someone but don't fix the problem? I will be filing with the better business bureau especially since I'm a senior. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Mike and Ethan in the office were wonderful and conducted an easy check-in and the first part of my eye exam they were so nice and explained everything in great detail. The doctor herself is such a wonderful human. She literally explained everything step-by-step. She was so very patient with me and had me laughing just to relieve my stress. Mary & Arlinda are seriously the perfect team. Mary walked up and down the aisles, looking at almost every pair of glasses watching me try them on and really helping me pick the perfect pair. I love every time she picks something out for me. Her taste is impeccable! Arlinda is so sweet. She fits me for the glasses and double check triple check to make sure everything is perfect. She knew that it was my birthday and is going to try to get them to me as fast as possible. How very nice I know it's not a guarantee but just the fact that she said she was going to try means so much to me.
