What's even more frustrating is that this kind of experience makes the whole Enterprise name look bad. You expect a certain level of service, and this location completely misses the mark. I work for a fortune 500 company. I have honestly never have heard someone so rude and did not know how to do their job. I called customer service and they could not help and expessed that the agent at the location should not charge the same price for a lower tier vehicle and they should know how to change it. On the return trip, to JFK, there was some kind of demonstration, where the demonstrators only demonstrated that they snarled the traffic. Jesus, our driver, directed us by text to a convenient pick up spot, and then he did all the hard work getting there. The cars are always spotless, the drivers always courteous, the ride always smooth. What more could you ask for?

What I can say about the Westwood office: I went through a difficult time - I had surgery prior to renting - I was traveling from Maine and a few days before leaving for NJ - my car got hit and totaled. I recovered from surgery with complications - without a car to get anywhere once able to drive. The kindness, the thoroughness and patience that everyone at this office who helped me had was beyond 100 percent. I know them by name: Kayler, Kahlia, Eric, Roman and Brenna. They were INCREDIBLE and I will always rent from them. Shout out to Chelsea in Exeter and Ryan in Portsmouth - but everyone (whose names I may not know) deserve kudos for excellent customer care. They told me that is was not a reservation but some bs response. Fine, I call again at 3:30 and ask if they had a car for me. They said yes. Go down within ten minutes to be told they did not have a car for me; someone had just came and picked it up. What's the point of a reservation? What's the point of giving 2 different phone numbers if you were never going to call to tell me a car is ready or that they have no cars available? I think the biggest frustration is that I talked to a different person every time I communicated with them. When I was at the place, I asked to speak with the 3 people who I spoke with on the phone because now I was getting contradictory information but was told they all had left for the day. I talked to 5 different people for a same day reservation. I found the experience frustrating, a waste of time, and their staff to be immature.
