Be careful with this company's bait and switch practices. I was in the process of a bathroom remodel and ordered a vanity from them. They told me to call them two days before i was ready to pick it up. When i did they asked me to come in to the store because there was a problem. The problem was that they never ordered my vanity from the manufacturer and it would take another 4 weeks to get it. i couldn't be without a vanity for that long so i was forced to take one they had in stock. When that vanity was installed it was defective. My contractor tried to adjust it and it wouldn't work. MTD initially said they would come out to fix it but then called me back to tell me that they wouldn't. So now i'm stuck with a defective vanity. read more

I am remodeling my parents' home and needed three new vanities for all bathrooms. While browsing throughout the weekly mailers, I found the advertisement for MTD. Prior to this, I had done a great deal of research and looked at many different places, ranging from Home Depot, Costco, online and even pricier places like Pacific Sales and custom show rooms. Upon inspection of the quality of their products and their prices, I decided to go with MTD. The selection at MTD is ranges from modern to classic, but all their designs and products are very solid and seem to be quite durable. In addition, they also seemed willing to customize the vanities according to what I wanted. So I purchased three vanities from MTD and they promptly delivered all three items to the house. However, the real test of how absolutely wonderful they are came next. As we were getting closer to the finish date and were about to install the vanities and all the bathroom fixtures, we ran into a problem. The double sink vanity I purchased for the master bath was not going to work unless I was willing put in thousands of dollars in plumbing upgrades to the bathrooms. I was stuck and didn't know what to do. I called the store and spoke to Lior, the owner/manager. He was extremely polite and professional on the telephone and was very sympathetic to my problem. I was very honest and explained the issue at hand. To help me out, he was willing to let me exchange the double sink for a single and pick up the first purchase and when delivering the second. I was very grateful for this because not only did it save me a huge headache and additional delays with the construction, but also thousands of dollars in plumbing work. Thank you Lior. Alyssa professionally handling a number of post purchase add-ons and adjustments. Bought Monaco 40" and 84" vanities. Both worked out well and were what we expected. We had to have the incorrect nickel faucet changed to chrome but Alyssa had the correct faucet ready to go as soon as we called. Now in the process of adding the large mirror in lieu of the two smaller mirrors with the 84" vanity. read more

Vanities have no waterproof protection, paint starts to crack after a few months of use. You are better off spending your money somewhere else. read more

The fact that the business owner Lior didn't take the time to answer my call or call me back but took the time with argue with me on Yelp only shows the kind of unprofessional business he conducts. We NEVER signed anything granting our contractor permission to sign off on anything. We simply had him pick it up as we didn't have a vehicle large enough. Most people don't own a large moving van. The vanity also comes unassembled. We were doing a full a house renovation so it took our contractor a bit to finish the bathroom and set it up. We called about the damage the second the vanity was assembled. WE are the client, not the contractor. I don't care whatever paper you had him sign. He has no authority. Nor does whatever paper you had him sign, unless it has OUR signature on it. You are so unprofessional and I will spread the word about how poorly you run your business. read more

Honestly, you just can't beat the quality for these prices. If you're looking for contemporary or modern bathroom vanities, this is your place. I've bought one vanity 2 1/2 years ago for an apartment, and after a couple years of usage it's held up fantastically. So, when I needed to renovate a second apartment this month, I already knew where I'd go. You're going to pay 15-20% more than the Lowe's/Home Depot bathroom cabinets here, but those are particle board (that does not hold up well, I'm speaking with experience here) and MTD has solid wood cabinets, soft-close hinges on doors and drawers, and the vanity comes with a nice pop-up drain and faucet. Seriously, it's the best decision you can make if you like this type of contemporary/modern look. read more

I purchased 2 encore 102 mirrors from MTD and they add a modern upscale look to my bathroom. My wife is super happy with the mirror! It plays music and tells us the temperature while in the restroom. There are some very nice people working at MTD, in particular Randy, Elisa and Stephanie. They all know their stuff and were very helpful in an enjoyable purchasing process for us. The good thing about this place, other than the comfortable 'no pressure' approach from the staff, is that there is a really nice variety of vanities to look at. We purchased one of the larger vanities and it arrived in perfect condition. It has operated flawlessly and we have had no problems other than a small chip in the paint, after a few weeks of use, which we popped into MTD to talk about and ran into the owner, Lior. He took a personal interest in helping us and took time from an obviously busy day to do so. We are impressed with the time he takes for individual customers, even with minor problems. I was amazed to see the quality of MTD products, with a fully built vanity always in stock built out of real wood there quality is no match. Also there sales staff is very good i was helped by a gentlemen named Israel..his knowledge and helpfulness is no question why i purchased 6k + just on that one visit. I am a contractor i know the trade very well with over 15 years in the biz. Its not only about making sure that they sell something, they want to make sure you want what your going to buy. Countless times the sales associate offered me to look into other locations before making a firm decision on what to buy. We found the selection impressive. Lior (owner) was very helpful as was Lhen. Lior convinced my husband vessel sinks were the way to go for our two bathrooms. We were impressed w/ the quality and workmanship of the vanities. Even nicer all the accessories were included in the purchase price. Unfortunately, not all the sinks were identical. Not a problem. Lior was more than willing to make it right. He let us keep the sinks so our two bathrooms would be useable until they could be replaced with the correct ones. I visited this shop twice in one day for a new bathroom vanity. The first visit was pleasant - the salesperson who was assisting me was very helpful, which is why I returned for a second visit to make a purchase with my mom. The second visit was extremely poor. My mother had gone in before I did, and asked if any discounts would be honored - she was told by a salesperson that something could be worked out. My mom and I began browsing the store, and the owner, Lior, was standing in the middle of the store, not looking up at us, even when we were trying to view the vanities that were behind him. He noticed us, but kept his head down and kept looking through his paper. After browsing, my mom and I stood by to ask some questions - I was waiting to speak to the salesperson who initially helped me and wasn't expecting the owner to offer to assist us since he had ignored us before, but he did. Any time my mom spoke or asked a question, he would dismiss her and turn to me to answer her question. He was extremely rude to her and treated her like she didn't belong in his store. He only interacted with me, and was trying to make the sale with me, even though it was clear that we were both shopping. I left the store for a moment and turned to see that Lior wasn't continuing to help my mom, but rather moved on from her to another customer. When I came back into the store, my mom said that he didn't acknowledge her at all and when she was trying to ask about the vanity we were interested in, he wasn't looking at her, or answering her, then asked where I had gone. We decided to leave and not to give him the satisfaction of making a sale with us. I cannot believe how incredibly rude and disrespectful he was to my mother. My mom has a middle eastern accent, and she asked Lior if he is also middle eastern - my mom was simply trying to be friendly. It seemed like Lior is prejudice and was offended that my mom would even think to ask him if he was where she is from. I called after we left and spoke to someone who wasn't understanding about our experience and he said that Lior treated my mom that way because my mom had asked for a discount. Appalling! There is absolutely no reason why my mom should have been treated in such a nasty way from the owner of all people. Atrocious customer service from the owner, Lior.
