The owner is a jerk and hung up on me and told me to never call back! Why you ask this happened?! Well we paid for a $20k bathroom remodel and decided to go with the vanity here because we liked the style, size, etc. it was a bit pricier than buying at Home Depot etc but you get what you pay for. Problem: when vanity arrived, the contractors installed it. I came home and noticed the counter was chipped and had buff marks and scratches all over! Now last I checked, I didn't pay $2k for a used vanity! Needless to say the owner said it'd be 2 weeks to get a replacement. 2 weeks went by and he said it'd be another 3 weeks!! No thanks! I said I want my money back and come get your vanity! He refused to refund my money? This place and the owner is a crook!!! What kind of place doesn't have a refund policy?? MTD is an excellent choice for your vanity and tile needs. Our contractor was the one who picked this location, and I must say, they have an awesome selection of vanities. Pricing is actually pretty decent, and the owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. Not only do they have vanities, but across the street, they have their tiling company as well. Of course we used them for the tiles, and we loved the selection as well. This location had the exact tile we were looking for at an even lower price than other competitor locations we looked at. They had our vanity and tiles shipped to the house the following weekend. Very happy with the outcome of the first bathroom. Now onto the second one. read more

I purchased three vanities from MTD in February 2016. 72" Norway in white 36" Greece in white and 36" Monaco in espresso. All vanities come with prefabricated countertops, sink, sink fixtures ( chrome or stainless steel faucet, overflow etc) My contractor has worked with them before so I felt confident in my purchase. After all, I did go in twice, once to shop around and second to purchase. In regards to prices, You should know the original prices are marked up and secondly online you can sign up to get a 10 percent discount so don't think you are getting an amazing deal. Also check out ikea especially if you are planning getting a smaller vanity 36" for powder or smaller bathroom. They gave similar sinks and fixtures and at a very low price. The way our transaction went down: I payed for the three vanities. Keep in mind these are really heavy including the countertops and sinks. Especially 72" vanity. They are boxed with foam, also wood surrounding so not as easy to inspect as you may think. No joke. My contractor picked up the boxes a few days after purchase. During the pick up there was a huge mix up. The 72" carrera countertop comes with a backsplash as shown in the stores, website and catalogue. The people at the warehouse refused to give a backsplash stating that the model did not come with it. Had to play phone tag with Alyssa at MTD store to resolve. She said there was someone new working at the warehouse and resolved it. A few weeks later we were ready to install to find the 72" countertop was discolored. So returned it and contractors crew has to go back do quality control over several boxes until one was decent. We install the 72" vanity to seek severe cracks on the legs and joints etc. at this point, to go back and exchange.... What a mess. We move in next Wednesday ( 6 days away) and to not have the vanity will put the schedule back with plumbing, finishing touches including paint touch up Electricals, clean up etc. so we decide we have the contracts to do a touch up paint job on the legs. Now moving onto installing the 3rd vanity. What do you know wrong color faucet.... Steel instead of chrome. The other two vanities are fine in terms of the quality. As a customer, I don't want to have to manage quality control of product nor compensate for the lack of competency, product knowledge in accurate material of MTD employees at the warehouse. I say pay more for nicer product or at least but from a place that monitors their product with a great service. read more

Randy was great. My wife and I just redid two bathrooms. We needed two 24" vanities (not easy to find) and looked all over. Until we got to MTD. They have a huge selection of various styles, almost all of which come in a 24" size. Randy helped us choose, giving us the pros and (very few) cons of the choices. Terrible, showroom looked like a modified warehouse that was not even completed. The hardware on most of the items were from other countries, looks like Chinese connections. Website says nothing of this, glad I went down to check out the scene. I would rather buy from Best Buy or a more reputable location with a real guarantee and not so many ill reviews. This company cares more for the $ then satisfaction and return customers, very evident. DON'T BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT RESEARCH! They are also more concerned with their reputation and doing online endeavors as they feel fit weather or not they are eCommerce standard or done the right way, i see many band-aids on the website, tats what brought me to go and see, glad i did, rude crude and have 0 knowledge of capitalism customer service. Not a site or company that will last online as they have no clue on reputation management vs a working site and petty beeps and whistles they want to see yet have no barring on selling online. Heard about this place on yelp and decided to check it out based on all the stellar reviews. Lior (the owner) was such a huge help AND was willing to work within my budget. He showed me all the different features that make MTD Vanities stand out and really went into detail so I knew the quality I was paying for. All doors and drawers are soft closing, meaning they don't slam! He even adds steel caps to the vanity legs to protect it from water damage while cleaning/mopping.....how genius is that!!​ He also upgraded me to the faucets I wanted at a discount. And don't get me started on the design...the vanity I got (Ricca collection) is more like an elegant furniture piece, and instantly upgraded my bathroom decor upon install.
