He could tell I had so much tension I been stressing out about my dog and he made sure to check in with my concerns. We recently moved and our Bichon Frise did not take the move well. He has since become very aggressive and attacks the other family dog viscously. This was not like him at all. We never trained him so he was a free spirit dog you could say but his behavior just got worst in the last month. Don taught us techniques to get him to listen. I was shocked. I've never seen him listen. Also even after he left my dog was more calm and would listen. We are going to make sure to follow all his steps and tools he gave us to succeed. At the end of the day we trained us too lol I recommend him 100 percent. I called him yesterday and thankfully he had a cancellation and pray and I snatched that appointment fast.

He could try and squeeze out whatever money he can by promising the same outcome in a span of 4-5 weeks but he is honest and cuts the B.S right from the start. My dog would jump on us all the time, try and eat our food, run out the gate and it's insane to say, Don helped us correct it all in a few hours. Obviously you have to practice practice practice until it becomes a habit for the dog so in the end, it comes down to you. Are you willing to put in the work and have a great relationship with your dog. If you are, save yourself hundreds of dollars and visits, and call Don.

I'm so grateful for Heaven Sent K-9's training!!…read more We took Bug, our German Shepherd / Husky / Border Collie mix (you can imagine the energy) to Sogand and she worked her magic! We had Bug do both basic and service dog training, and he came out a new dog - same personality obviously, but with so much obedience When we picked Bug up, he was happy and definitely loved Sogand, so he was obviously treated well (which we really cared about) We get compliments daily from other people saying how respectful and "what a good boy" he is :) Definitely recommend to anyone looking for dog training!

We chose her 2 week board and train - aggression rehabilitation service, after a week her and her staff noticed my dog still being very aggressive in protecting his food bowl and she extended his training another week (no extra charge!) so she could really focus on that aspect to make sure Dumpling's aggression was addressed. Wife and I also highly recommend her private sessions after the board and train. 2-3 weeks is definitely not enough time to make sure behavior issues are completely addressed, so her sessions helped make sure we properly did our daily trainings with Dumping. Her sessions also evolved the trainings we did at home as our dog's aggression level kept going down and focus on his high alert/anxiety responses to stimuli, and try to help him associate his dopamine response to being relaxed. She also helped identify a food allergy that made him itchy, which added to his higher anxiety level. All these things added up and now our dog is a lot happier and hasn't displayed a snarl or showed his teeth in anger to anyone or any dogs in months! Thanks Sogi for helping Dumpling and us and hope this review helps others choose you over other trainers out there for their dogs.

We had an introductory meeting and felt very comfortable. He walked through his 3 week and 5 week board and train options and what to expect with each. We chose the 5 week program which trains him to basic commands on AND off leash. It was super difficult to hand over our dog for 5 weeks, but as difficult as it was, I can honestly say it was worth it. Simply put, it was life changing for us. Bryan provided weekly updates and videos so we could see how our dog was doing and help us get over missing him. Our dog still has his silly personality, but is now controllable on and off leash. Bryan was able to improve his mindset so not only does he obey commands, but has learned to relax. I cannot recommend Bryan more highly.

My family and I decided to have a pup in our life. We found our perfect pet at Priceless Pets and…read moreadopted him. Love at first site. He is a Chocolate Lab As a puppy he was great. As the year went on, it was increasingly difficult to train him and he was just overpowering the kids. He didn't realize his own size and just wanted to play so much, but in playing, he would knock over the kids and it lead to most of his day needing to be spent in his crate. He had so much energy after getting out that he would pull constantly and just be his own dog. My spouse and I decided to look for help. We looked everywhere and vetted big business to small business. This was a very long process and somehow stumbled upon this page. I was very intrigued by a lot of the previous reviews. Almost too good to be true reviews. Eventually Contacted the owner (Bryan) and we had a good conversation. Started with questions about the dogs personality, what the goal and objective was, and how to get there. I don't want to go into too much detail because that conversation was so refreshing. I knew from that convo that Bryan was a true dog lover and trainer. Not someone just trying get the $$$$ After the conversation, we had a meet and greet and that went even better than the phone conversation. Bryan went into great detail the steps in what the board and train entails. My spouse and I were immediately invested. Both for the family and the happiness of our dog. We wanted happiness for everyone. We scheduled the time for the board and train (Took the 4 week option). We felt this was the best option for our family and our dog. It was an investment in our family and I wanted the best So now it's time to drop off Rufus. It was weird not having him in our home but knew it was for the best. Bryan again gave great detail into all the steps and what would happen during the 4 weeks. Each Friday for the 4 weeks we would get a private YouTube link on everything Rufus learned and his progress. Within the first week, he was a completely different dog. I've never seen him listen so much on the video. Those videos are all self explanatory so I wont get into those details either. Just know that they are very well detailed videos and you wont help but smile on your dogs progress Each week was upped to the next level of the defined training and it was a joy watching all the changes that have been made. As the weeks crept up to us getting Rufus back, we were excited with anticipation. On the day of pickup, we went through our own owner training with Bryan. Got very detailed with what we needed to do and how to continue the training for the rest of his life. It ended up being really fun. Rufus has now been home for a week and he his fully integrated to the home. He has a special place in our living room. The kids are happy they can play with him and pet him. Rufus is all smiles, droll and tail wags. This was indeed life changing for our family. Also Side note, Bryan made himself available for Boarding as well. We have been using the boarding services before and after the board and train. Experience was way better than any dog hotel I've used in the past for extended family trips. Bryan was the most genuine when it came to his business. You can tell he loves what he does. That's how I knew this was the place to go. I highly recommend. Also, even though board and train has been completed, he still checks on us after. He will be available for the life of the dog. Def cant go wrong with that

He was extremely timid, scared of almost everything, struggled with bad separation anxiety, and had bitten both me and my partner at different times. We felt discouraged and heartbroken because we wanted so badly to make it work. Taylor didn't just "train" Juno, he helped us understand him. He completely shifted the way we saw Juno's behavior and taught us how to communicate with him in a way that built trust instead of fear. Through his guidance, we were able to create a genuine bond with Juno, and that's what made the biggest difference. We used to be scared to let him be around strangers, but now he's friendly, confident, and constantly gets compliments on how incredibly well-behaved he is. It didn't happen overnight, and it definitely took consistency and effort at home, but it was 100% worth it. We're so grateful for Taylor and everything he's done for our little family.

I like to check…read moreup on the birds and monitor their health because it's clear staff doesn't care to look after them beyond switching their litter and refilling their food and water -- which to their credit they do pretty well as the enclosures are always sufficiently clean. I understand policies are corporate decisions, but the neglect at this particular location has gotten out of hand... I wanted to write this review today to bring attention to the female cockatiel that has been here since late March/early April. I've watched her grow increasingly aggressive, no doubt a hormonal issue, now further exacerbated by a new fluffy hanging den they put in. The soft enclosure will encourage her to nest and become more territorial. Who will purchase her when even approaching the glass is enough for her to launch herself at you trying to bite your face off? The conures are a tragedy too. Their price has gone up so much, now $750 plus tax, that they are rarely sold. For reference, a responsibly bred GCC with health clearances is like $200, although you can rescue for much less. I knew a conure who was there for over 6 months. They are housed separately because Petsmart will not DNA test for sex, so after a month or two they're covered in pin feathers they can't reach. One appeared to be having a medical issue with bald spots around his head, and the salesperson laughed and told me he was just born like that, which was strange and not very believable?? They aren't aggressive but they are definitely undersocialized and desperate for attention. Their flight feathers are clipped so short that the majority I've seen struggle to move around their enclosures and cannot confidently get down from their perches even if they want to. They preferentially hang upside down from the wire grate on the top, which has paint chipping off of it. I doubt the white paint is bird-safe, but they bite at it all the time. I don't know why they're clipped because unlike a few other much better locations the staff doesn't remove them from their cages, like for example, after hours to be able to socialize and be handled. The manager did tell me that the birds are NEVER handled no matter the length of time they're there, which of course only makes an already challenging companion animal a thousand times harder to live with... Parrots are sociable and extremely intelligent animals. I understand Petsmart will continue to sell them, but I believe more of an effort can be made by employees to ensure that they are at least kept in good health and minimally socialized.
