So far, I've had a great experience with this company. You can ship items that will arrive in 7 to 15 days by air for $10/lbs or, by ground at $5/lbs and should arrive in about 30 days. Additionally, you will need to enter the value of what you're sending, I would advise not to go to low when entering these amounts to not red flag your item(s), as the custom agents are obviously able to do research and find the true value of your item(s). Items that needs special care are shipped outside of the main package and handed over to the recipient by the delivery person. Everything that I have shipped so far was scratched free. My mom was sendings a box to Nicaragua and they were changing her for every single thing. Just because my nephew were going to receive the box, they charged extra. It's not their problem who is going to receive the box. After the box was in the container they call my mom that there were a extra charge for the box. She And up paying like $500. My family and I have a hate-love type of relationship with this place. We keep on coming and using their delivery and shipping services for many years now. Although at times they have taken forever to get our stuff delivered in Nicaragua specifically we keep on coming back. This is mainly the most known delivery agency to buy flight tickets, and to send documents, cars, money, boxes with stuff/clothing/electronics etc to Nicaragua and other Central American countries. The love part is that they sell all of our Nicaraguan goodies such as candies (cajetas, coyolitos), corn crackers (rosquillas, viejitas), traditional cheeses, sodas (kola shaler, milca), liquor (flor de caña, ron plata) etc etc. The place is mostly run by a family and his owner, Jorge, is very nice and attentive. Also all the ladies working here are fairly nice. They also are part and participate in any Nicaraguan community festival there is. Each December 7th they put an altar outside for The Immaculate Conception of Mary which is the blessed Virgin Patroness of Nicaragua. They have a few spots to park in front and street parking also. read more

Fabiola Orozco who was in charge of the office today gave me a bad customer service/ experience. She charge me $15.00 extra beside the price I was told when I called the company. I was told $320.00 total. She read the list and there was a used tv and there was an extra charge of $30.00 dollars. I told her last time I sent a tv and there was no extra charge. Fabiola gives me the invoice and the total was only $315.00 instead of $330.00 I asked why and she said because the box was going to another country. I paid 300.00 because I had already paid $20.00 for the empty box that was delivered to my house. Never again I will go back to this place. I don't recommend this place to nobody. Don't trust this people and the prices they give you over the phone. Be careful with this people Fabiola orozco, Catherine and all of the crew who works at this place. I still owe the extra 15.00. I rarely ever rate to post negative comments, but this! I have to share the horrible experience. My parents were scheduled to fly 02/23/21 at noon to Nicaragua via Avianca; tickets were paid for in full. On 02/22/21 if it weren't for my parents appearance at MTOM LA they would have not known that their flight had been changed from Tuesday at noon to now Tuesday at 12 a.m. with a show time of 9 pm on Monday 02/22/21. Their lack of professionalism, and poor management, could have cost my family to miss their flight and accumulate extra charges. Secondly, stop feeding people your overpriced rapid Covid test locations. The airport has them internal some rapid, some within 4 hours. I will say, your business has done well in the past, but dropping the ball on peoples travel emergency, is not something to take easy. Maybe it's time for a restructuring. read more

I sent a box for the first time using this company, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. They also have the option of sending small packages by pound to Nicargua, that arrives in 4-7 days (more expensive). I'm proud to be Nicaraguan and to have found this place. One person tells you a story and then the other one a different one. We ended up paying more for the box because we were told they wouldn't deliver the box if we didn't pay the extra money. read more

Horrible service! Front receptionist is not only extremely rude but wouldn't even allow me to explain the problem I was having with the booking. Francisco quotes a price says he will make the reservation and not follow through! He was either wrong on the quote given or he was simply neglectful. He never called back so that we can make the payment over the phone and secure the rate. Few hours later after calling repeatedly, we were told the reservation was cancelled due to non-payment. What happened to the rate? It went up $500 bucks! I really think he was looking at a one way ticket rather than a round-trip. Only that he didn't want to admit he was wrong and blamed it on a ATT Internet service shutdown. Umm...Internet has nothing to do with rates going up. Horrible! Never again!
