When I raised this, the owner suggested I drive out to view security footage in person, despite knowing I was in Arizona and after previously stating the video would be sent. Instead of providing documentation, I was met with dismissive responses and tone. All three locations are owned by the same people, and based on this experience, I would strongly suggest staying away from all of them. Get everything in writing and verify claims independently.
