I waited 45 minutes in the lobby until my turn and then it took about another 20-25 minutes. Not bad at all and my majorly cracked windshield was brand new! They have tape you leave on for 3 days and no carwash. It's been 3 weeks since and all is well!! Best windshield replacement experience and I've been here twice in 7 years!

I paid $780 to have the windshield on my vehicle replaced, and ever since the installation I've experienced a water leak that never existed before the glass was replaced. I brought my vehicle back THREE separate times to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. Despite multiple attempts, the leak was never properly fixed. The owner continues to hide behind a "lifetime warranty" and insists I bring the vehicle back again, but after three unsuccessful repair attempts I have completely lost confidence in their workmanship. A warranty means very little when the problem cannot be fixed correctly after multiple visits. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to the dealership for a professional inspection because I no longer trust USA Auto Glass to work on my vehicle. The dealership is now investigating the cause of the leak, and I may be facing thousands of dollars in repairs related to an issue that started immediately after the windshield replacement. What's most disappointing is that the owner has refused to take responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses I may incur to correct the damage. At this point, I believe I deserve a full refund for the windshield replacement and reimbursement for any repairs required to fix the problems caused by their installation. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly return for the same issue, lose trust in the workmanship, and then be left paying additional repair bills when the business refuses to make things right. Rock on I-10 cracked the driver's side bad enough that a repair wouldn't do it. Quality Auto Glass got my info, got my order processed and the installer just came by and replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes. Can't argue with that. Insurance is paying the bill (this was one of their preferred vendors). Lifetime warranty on the work (adhesive, etc) and good advice on future chip repairs to save me money.
