I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. Two minutes into meeting Isabel, I was sold. No pretense, not judgement, no upselling, just a down to earth, lovely human being who happens to be an amazing eyebrow artist. It took more time to fill in my increasingly sparse brows than it did to put on a full face of makeup. I was, in a word, very over it. Isabel explained that I didn't need a full micro-blade, but "feathering" - which is essentially the same as micro-blading, just not as much. She was ready when I arrived, her space immaculate, welcoming and relaxing. She numbed me up and once the numbing cream did what it was supposed to, she got to work. No pain - I literally could have taken a nap! A few weeks out and I'm happy to say that I'm loving the results! I still have a touch up appointment several weeks from now - but I am 100% a believer in Isabel's talents. She is extremely sweet and I like the fact that she offers the option of threading or waxing, however, she completely screwed up my brows. She made one way shorter than the other.
