I believe they will take back returns within 30 days. I bought a little toy for my cat with a Silvervine stick. The ads on Facebook will try to get to believe it is far more potent than catnip. Well, I took the felted heart with the stick off the cardboard to gave it to my kitty - she ignored it. No reaction at all. I put the toy & the cardboard in a bag and returned it the next day. Easiest returns ever. They have you as a customer in their computers, so it's quick and easy for the staff, too! I now referring all of my pet friends to this store.

I could specifically call out 2 employees, one of which I believe is the manager (?) by name but do not feel this is the appropriate place or platform to do so. Let me just say that the horrible customer service from these 2 individuals is consistent. The best customer service I have received is from 2 employees, unfortunately I can only remember the name of one of them-Ivy-and a young man who I have only seen once so far at this location on my visits. These other 2 individuals could take some lessons in customer service from these 2 great employees!!! In a service type industry, you NEED to be better and DO better!! Three years later, I can honestly say that Wild is the best health investment we could have made for our dog. Wild is no more expensive than any pet store in the area but the value that we get by choosing Wild is exceptional. From our first visit we were treated like VIPs. We were greeted by Max and Kelsi. They were the most knowledgeable and helpful store employees of any kind that I've ever met. I was very surprised by the knowledge they had of every single product, from food to toys to rainwear, to nutritional supplements. Max has moved on but we are still supported by Kelsi and Wynter, who go above and beyond every time we go in. After this level of service and caring it wouldn't make sense to shop anywhere else. We recently found out why this store is superior when we consulted with owner and amazing nutritionist, Heather. What we were experiencing with Max, Kelsi, Wynter, Lindsay, Brittany, and Brinn, was the result of her passionate commitment to pet health. We scheduled a consultation with her because our pug has allergies and health issues. Despite good veterinary care we were ending up at the emergency room frequently because of his severe symptoms. Due to her interventions, his digestive issues have completely resolved. We continue to see her because he came to us with complicated health issues. I am more grateful than I can say that we found Heather and everyone at Wild. Finally, it's amusing to me three years later that I was worried about Wild being too expensive. Yesterday, got out of school early and decided to pick up the pups and bring them over. We walked in, it was empty and my small dog is very noticeable since he's on the ground. As she tries to give him a treat, he's uninterested so the worker kept trying different flavors until we found a winner. As she tried to give my dog a treat she noticed my other dog in my arms and laughed since my tiny dog tried to snatch the treat meant for my dog who can walk on his own. We walked around a bit, got entertained. The cheeseburger treats apparently smells like real cheeseburger! Haha. But my dog was interested in the cod. Real friendly people, lots of luxurious dog supplies. One day I will spoil my dogs and get clothes from there but until then I will keep shopping for treats :)

They have all the collars leashes, play toys, coats and beds for catos and dogos. They have pet crates for companion animal travels near and far. They have empty aquariums ready for fish or small reptiles. Hamster and mouse cages with exercise equipment. Do you need a cat tunnel shaped like a purple alligator, they had one! They don't have used pets, just used and new pet supplies. Everything is clean and nice. The live things they had, in partnership with Rabbit Advocates, are actualy live bunnies. They take donations, explained on their website. They are a nonprofit, so if you do tax deductions, they can write a receipt. They are on the lower level of the Lloyd Mall just West of the ice rink and across from the circular stairway. They are trying to save surplus pet stuff from the landfill. They are part of the zero-waste Portland community.
