    Blu Sky Latte

Blue Sky Cafe definitely offers the super delicious donuts and drinks. We were visiting beautiful Millersburg for a family gathering event. Our family member treated us with the 12 Donuts -Build Your Own which were absolutely amazing and a variety of drinks which were also insanely wonderful. We had the Blue Sky Latte and other family members had London Fog, and a variety of other drinks. Everyone loved the donuts and their drinks. Blue Sky Cafe had made this gathering event even more special. We highly recommend Blue Sky Cafe to anyone looking for high quality food and drinks.

Cute cafe/donut spot with a home decor store inside. They have build your own donuts and different specialty iced or hot coffee drinks. You can sit comfortably inside but also there is a patio outside. Great little eclectic spot for that afternoon sugar rush that is sometimes needed.

There is very little competition in Berlin or Millersburg for Sunday mornings (or any Sunday really), but the Blue Sky Cafe fills that gap and does it well. We went for the MYO donut bar and breakfast sandwiches, and really liked both. They have seasonal donuts and make your own, and a small sandwich menu that you can have on ciabatta or a croissant. I had an egg, cheese and tomato croissant sandwich, and made 2 donuts to take home. The sandwich was really good - flakey croissant and fluffy eggs. It was a nice size, too. I also had the London Fog latte, and I loved it! Steamed milk, earl grey tea, and vanilla. It really hit the spot! Finally, I had a cinnamon and marshmallow drizzle donut, and a blueberry crumb with raspberry drizzle. I tried both and they were excellent, with fun toppings and were ready quickly. The place is really hopping on Sunday mornings, but the line moves fast and there were plenty of places to sit. We snapped a picture at the cute photo wall and it was a great cap to our trip

The only cafe open on a Sunday. The food and latte were amazing. You can have either a breakfast sandwich or have a breakfast bowl that includes potatoes. My husband had the sandwich on ciabatta bread. Everything was perfect!

As an older individual, she was SO attentive to every single table she had in her area. Making sure drinks were refilled, letting us know the wait time for our child's food to come out. She is truly where she needs to be and I hope the company + others see the value in her! Our food was typical Dutchman Hospitality Group food - tasted exactly like the Der Dutchman close to where we live. Not great, but not terrible. Everything was hot and edible. Our kiddo ordered sliders and said they were very good.

I started with a salad from the salad bar, and was really happy that the lettuces, eggs, broccoli, everything, was chopped into really small pieces. I really like a well chopped salad, even if it's silly. For my hot dishes, I had the broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, noodles, and a couple of bits of other things. The chicken was really moist with nice skin, and I enjoyed the noodles over the potatoes with some gravy. They had a lot of chicken available, and the pieces were really generous. There was at least one beef dish, and I also saw macaroni and cheese, which is not my first choice, but is popular. The restaurant offers a discount on pie with the buffet, but none of us wanted any more food! Overall, a good experience, and everyone was happy when we left.

The grounds were gorgeous and 2 of these stars simply go to Oscar, the resident cat mascot here. Oscar walked the hilly trail with us and accompanied us on our tour of the grounds. It was so sweet and he was so friendly and plump and surprisingly agile. My BF was so enamored with Oscar that we might have to stay at one of the honeycomb suites just to lure Oscar into staying a night with us, LOL! So back to the restaurant here--wow! I'm not easily impressed with fine dining or upscale American fare but this place gave me a great experience. We didn't have reservations but they were able to offer us the last table for two. The ambiance was classy, modern with a classic twist and filled with complementary lighting for that romantic view. Our waiter was animated, warm and very knowledgeable about all the dishes. The free "bread" that was offered was so unique and good we bought a second helping. I had a clams tapas dish that had a good enough portion to keep me full! BF and I were impressed with the taste, presentation, speed of service and menu selection. It was more upscale but not overly expensive. Just wonderful. Would love to come back just to try their brunch.

However, there is plenty of seating outside. The employees were also nice and friendly. You can see them making the pretzels fresh from scratch, skillfully shaping them in one quick, fluid motion. These are probably the best soft pretzels I've ever had! The traditional pretzel had a bit of a crunchy crust on the outside with a soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet interior. It was dipped in a vat of butter and had just the right amount of salt. The cheddar cheese sauce that I ordered on the side paired perfectly with it (tasting better than the highly processed nacho cheese sauce, but they have that as option too). I also tried the cinnamon sugar pretzel, which was delicious and had a generous coating of it, but I still like the traditional more. These pretzels are top notch and I would absolutely come back anytime I'm in the area (and maybe try the pretzel dog next time)!
