This was a decent establishment - your typical bar and grill vibe with friendly service. My husband and I shared some appetizers and a salad. I thought the appetizers were delicious! We had the duck wontons and the chicken wings. My husband didn't care for the wontons. We also had the strawberry salad and was a bit disappointed in the lack of freshness and flavor. Ordered take out. Sent my grandson with my debit card and they wouldn't take it, even though I had enough money. My grandson had to come back and get his card. By that time the food was all floppy from steam. Fish had soggy breading, French fries were cold and soggy. It was a terrible $30 dinner. read more

The food is good if you get it fresh - although every time we have done take out, items are missing and food is soggy and cold. Bigger issue is we have NEVER had good customer service here. Bartenders/servers have been rude and act like you are bothering them for asking for the most basic level of service. I worked in the service industry for over ten years, so I'm super understanding about issues that arise within the industry - but I've never encountered somewhere where the customer service was so horrible, every single time. read more

I am glad I didn't check out the reviews before we went. We loved the place! We took our grandkids and the kids meals are perfect .. we shared a burger (because the meals are always so big... but we do tip off what our order should have been with two meals) We tried the blueberry habanero burger .. the waitress said it was a favorite and we were a little scared but it was delicious! Stopped by earlier today. Had a Philly cheesesteak and fries. Asked for the fries not to be seasoned. When the food came, of course the fries were seasoned. The Philly cheesesteak in my definition would not be considered a Philly cheesesteak but a cubed steak sandwich. The meat was a cube steak. The menu either needs to be updated with this as a steak sandwich or the chefs need to be properly educated of what a Philly cheesesteak is. The worst part of the whole thing is we paid in cash, our bill was 24.15. The waitress rounded it up to $25. When we asked why it was rounded up, she said oh we don't give change and does she owe us a dollar?. Obviously they don't round down if it's under $.50 like you normally would. Anyway, why is the change not given? Where does the change go? If this practice is posted, we surely missed it because we had $.15 in our wallet. In the long run, the waitress missed out on a dollar of her tip because of rounding up. read more

Service was very good. Great improvement over a year's time. We had a large group and everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food. Drinks came quickly and we shared appetizers on several tables. We enjoyed the TV's and sports and the lively atmosphere in the restaurant. I'd recommend giving it another try like we did. Highlights: Pickle flavored wings Ghost Pepper fried cheese curds with Sriracha/honey dipping sauce Fish and chips (hand dipped) Onion rings I will pass on burgers tho. We came here last Sunday, amazing service and food!! So we decided to come back the next Sunday.... And that's when things went bad. Our waitress was Tiff, whom we had waited for about 25 mins to even come take our drink order. We ordered our food and on the plus side it came out very fast, actually. Buuuuut I ordered the fish and chips, it wasn't really even edible, it was soggy, NOT crispy. The "coleslaw" was had NO sauce in it. (Ew). And now I'm sitting here waiting another 20 mins for the bill to get here. I am VERY disappointed in the total 180 flip experience I had in this restaurant. I loved our visit to the muddy cow today. I was surprised by the reviews here and believe those must be one off issues or issues in serving with the hiring market. Our server was amazing -she had two tone hair if you're management - the restaurant was CLEAN. Anthony Bourdain approved type of clean. In this area that's hard to find. I've looked. I'm unsure if all of their menu items across locations are the same but finally there was a menu with bar food to be excited about since I moved here from Minneapolis: the cheeseburger egg rolls were INCREDIBLE. All dressings house made and incredible. I tried their blueberry bleu cheese burger and my husband had the What What. Both delicious. The bleu berry s almost perfect but needs a bit more of that berry flavor to be really something. I'm hoping they switch menus sometimes because I love the creativity they bring to their bar food. I was bummed there was no THC seltzer but it's north branch and I'm sure that will make its way out here in a year or so. I'll be back for that Yum Yum Burger next time. read more

Great pizza. I'm scared to order the supreme pizza again because there's no way they could redo the delicious combination of plenty of meat and vegetable topping on the pizza I got. But maybe they can?!?! It warmed up beautifully the next day. The pepperoni pizza was very good too. I liked the crispy crust as well. Even better is that the pizzas are 2 for 1! My son loved the buffalo Mac and cheese but, like me, was a little disappointed by the extremely small amount of chicken that tops it. It is a $14 dish, one would think it would have more than the little bit of chicken on top. The buffalo sauce on Mac and cheese is a little too hot for my taste. Wings were good. I personally like mine crispier, so I gave my share to hubby and son. I guess I'll ask them to cook longer next time. Definitely try this place!! read more

The food was terrible and overpriced given the poor quality. The standard fish and chips was 50% breading, which was soggy and mushy. The bluegill fish and chips was just as bad, except more like 60-70% breading. Coleslaw was warm, brown in color, and tasted like it was old and had been sitting for days. Fries were nothing great but edible compared to the fish. Service was also subpar. Don't recommend, you're better off with fast food or even a gas station. read more

We were promised by the GENERAL MANAGER that they would stay open till 1am for our wedding party. We got shuttled here by a bus for it to be CLOSED. As a business, you never make a promise like that and then screw people over. How inconsiderate, horrible general manager. If you weren't going to stay open, give a heads up.
