I've been using Muddy Paws for a while. Every groomer does a great job. Had one incident a few weeks ago where the generator went out. I realize it wasn't anyone's fault. It was a very hot day so Shannon did her best. Shannon came back today to redo the pups and they look & smell great. I really appreciate them making it right. Says a lot about how professional they are. She also guided me on how to fix my babies ear infection. I will continue to be a customer. This is an amazing service! Our appointment was scheduled easily in advance, and the groomer showed up spot on time. We have three dogs: a 15 year old spaniel whom age and tumors have caught up with; a hyper 3 year old border collie; and an ancient blind, deaf, toothless, and mostly neurotic Lhasa. All of them had to be washed and shaved down for summer. They look amazing! The groomer was fantastic: he was gentle as can be with our furry friends, was incredibly careful of their age related issues, and so calm around them. Having a door service is so much better than freaking my dogs out by abandoning them at the groomer for hours on end. I got to walk them each to the truck, and each came back to the front door looking rockstar ready for summer. The price of service, $200 for three dogs including getting their matting out of ears, tails, and rump feathering was more than reasonable for the service provided, the peace of mind I had knowing they were coming right back to me (not being left in a cage for hours), how simply sleek and summery they look now, and the dogs not wigging out being away from home without their humans. We are now on a three month schedule and I absolutely would recommend this service to anyone looking for a mobile groomer who treats your fur family with love. read more

When we called to make the appointment we told them our dog is ugly..his fur is long and ugly they told us $65 ..the groomer showed up today and says oh no he's too matted the price goes up to $75 I'm not a rich dog owner so all I have is $65 ...now if they would of said on the phone it starts at $65 but could go up upon inspection then fine I would of made sure to put more money aside ...but they were firm on the price on the phone ..I'm very disappointed and will never call them back read more

Fantastic grooming service. I called Muddy Paws About a month in to the COVID lock down. Not only was my regular groomer closed, but we had just moved to our new house, and my 1 year old lab desperately needed some deshedding treatment, a bath, and her nails trimmed (Im a wuss, and too scared to cut them myself - something I feel better left to professionals - and they REALLY needed to be cut). I was a little unsure of how this was going to go, as Bella is a bit afraid of new things, at first. Andy showed up not only on time, but early, and true to form, Bella barked at this new person. It didn't seem to phase Andy who just took her leash, and took her to the mobile. He was amazing with Bella! I took a peek from the window, and Bella was calm as she could be, on the grooming table. She got a bath, deshedding treatment and all crevices cleaned, as well as her nails clipped. Andy was fantastic with Bella, and in 45 minutes, she came back to our door, calm, shed free, smelling amazing, and her nails were perfectly trimmed. No way could I have cut them that well. I am so appreciative, of the professionalisms, care and quality of this grooming service. Even with the city reopening, I will absolutely call Muddy Paws again! Thank you Andy!! read more

Probably the best place I've ever taken my dogs! Everyone who works there is so sweet and remembers your pups whenever you take them in. They give the cutest cuts, exactly what you ask for, and the best customer service. You can tell right when you walk through the door that they're just as in love with animals as you are! My puppy is usually very skittish but whenever I pick her up from muddy paws she's happy and lively just like how she is at home, you can really tell they take good care of your pets. read more
