Anyway, they fixed the problem and I should say they do a pretty good job there, I've been going off and on for 8 or 10 years and they've upgraded the facility consistently. I buy the yearly it's like $.70 a day for their second fanciest wash. You could skip going 65 days every year and still pay under $1 a day. (At least for now).

I went to Fast Eddies on 12/7 for a car wash, and after i got the car wash, went across the street to dry it better, and came across a long deep scratch that was not there prior, on my door, that goes all the way down to the metal. I immediately went straight back to the car wash, where i obtained an incident report, and WAS LAUGHED AT the entire time i went back there by the employee. He was actually laughing telling me that this will just get denied by the manager and that there is no way this could happen. He also told me that it is pointless to even fill out the incident report. First of all, if there is no way this could happen, why do you need a NOT RESPONSIBLE sign that you claim makes you not responsible for scratches, if you are so sure your car wash does not cause these things to happen?? This sign that you have posted at your entrance, sure has a lot of things you are not responsible for!! After i filled out the incident report, it says at the bottom that someone will contact you within 48 hours. I had to call myself on 12/10, which was 72 hours later, and was told that someone would call me the week after. After still not hearing anything, i gave them a call ONCE AGAIN on 12/22, and was finally able to talk to the car wash manager, which only told me that they need proof the scratch was not there before. I asked them to see the camera footage, and she told me that only corporate could get this for me, and to call them. I then reached out to corporate, again, and they told me the same thing that i would need proof. So here is where it gets SKETCHY. I ask corporate to allow me to see the video footage if they are so sure that the scratch wasn't caused by them, and she straight up told me not happening, and that i would need a COURT ORDER to be able to see this footage. This business has very sketchy ways of treating their customers, and after many years of going here, i am shocked that i am being treated like a liar, even though they cannot simply show me proof that the scratch was there prior to me getting a car wash by them. I just want to simply see the footage!! Prove to me that this was not done by you! The way you treat your customers is disgusting!! i am really not asking for a lot here.

Going through the car wash is not grand but for some reason I always enjoy the experience of the classic 'car wash' Going through the part of multiple giant filled white soapy flaps gently flowing back and forth cleaning over the entire vehicle, a sprayer that rinses the soap from the vehicle from all sides, then a huge mechanism that looks like the base part of a vacuum gently comes down and removes excess water by using forces of air that blows most of the water off (reminds me of a huge hair blow dryer...lol) and lastly your met at the end of the line by a worker that quickly hand dries your entire vehicle. At this point you can leave a tip if you like and your sent on your way smiling in your shiny vehicle...Vrooom! So I love love this place and will continue to come here! Within one day, the vehicle was shaking badly, and I had to return because a part they installed (tie rod) was not properly secured. The issue continued for weeks, including multiple breakdowns and being without my car for several days. At one point, my vehicle was even moved to another location without my permission. The most alarming part is that the same tie rod failed AGAIN while I was driving, which is a major safety concern. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this with both the local shops and corporate but have not received a resolution. I would not trust this location with suspension or steering work.

I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
