Anyway - was in a rush to get a socket to remove some GM seats - from a car that is becoming extinct. Had to do all this in a matter of two hours so didn't want to waste any time. Grabbed what I needed and headed out. Wasn't able to buy exactly what I needed but got the whole set. I signed up for their rewards membership and I get $5 and $10 coupons online all the time. I guess I quickly moved to their sucker list - their computer systems know of all the junky old cars I maintain.

When we tried to exchange the brand new, never used brake pads today, today's sales person & store manager said without the receipt on hand, they refused to. (Note, this is why they get our phone number isn't it???? That's what we're told.) Eventually, we wanted our money back so we could buy from elsewhere (in case the exchanged part didn't work either, we don't want to go through this BS again.) We will never buy from here again.
