came here to make my truck quieter and finish the exhaust over the axle. i called for availability and jim the owner answered. he said i could come on down same day so i arrived within the hour. jim gave me an estimate over the phone and final price was a littler higher due to tax but still very reasonably priced for the work that was done. i examined the work performed and the person who did the work did an awesome job and is very skilled. i chose to wait while the work was being done and i was in and out in about an hour. jim is a chill guy and the guy who did the work is great. overall i'd definitely recommend this place for any exhaust work you might need. read more

I came to this shop due to the amount of good reviews. When I came in to receive a quote the owner was personable and provided me with a quote on a complete exhaust system. We agreed to the terms and set up the appointment. When I retrieved my vehicle which was supposed to be true dual exhaust only had one muffler. Shortly after picking up the car it developed an exhaust leak so I crawled underneath to find it. As I looked closer at the entire system I noted the majority of the welds looked like bubble gum. I brought it back to have it fixed and the situation only worsened. I then noted that the one muffler installed was a knockoff brand when it was supposed to be a 50 series flow-master. Unfortunately this place was a complete waste of money and time. If you go here get a printed quote and check the items installed. The owner was nice enough to say they would try to fix the exhaust leak for a third time, but unfortunately I do not trust them to do the job correctly or with the correct parts. read more

Not only did they fix in in 5 minutes compared the 3-4 hours from Toyota it was way less expensive! As a female, I cannot express how comfortable they made me in their shop, treating me with the kind of respect you get from a long time friend. Had the pleasure in finding Jim at the Muffler Shop today. This morning I had an appointment at a different business to do a cat back exhaust upgrade on my 2019 Silverado but after driving 30 miles, they backed out of the appointment. I was not very happy as you can imagine after taking time off work to get this taken care of. Luckily Jim answered his phone minutes after opening and told me he would fit me in of I came by even though they were busy. This was after I was denied by 4 other businesses which is understandable being a last second request. I drove all the way back to Vacaville, dropped off my truck and left him and his team to do their work. They were great with their communication. I returned later in the day earlier than necessary and he let me know how it was all going, they ran into issues with my new pipes but spent the extra time figuring it out. Eventually it all came together and the truck sounds amazing. I am not sure if it was his wife or a friend but she arrived and was very friendly and talkative. They were very appreciative of me brining business to them. I can tell they are humble people. I will start off by saying I have had Jim (owner) perform all of my exhaust work for over 30 years. I drove down from Nevada to have my truck exhaust updated. Upon arrival, Keith (Manager) greeted me and immediately had me pull into the repair bay. Nick did a great job on removing the old factory muffler and installing the new muffler and exhaust tip. I I took my new 2021 Ford F250 super duty down to the muffler shop. I was greeted by the owners. The owner inside listen to what I want it done to my truck. We went over a few options on how I want my truck to sound and pipes location. Owner talked with about the different sounds different mufflers series make. 50 series Flowmaster with straight pipe coming out the back was my decision. The job that these guys performed on my truck was top-of-the-line the welders there put on beautiful beads around the pipe. It didn't look like toothpaste being squeezed around the pipe like other spots I have delta with in the past. The welders & mechanics knew what they are doing. I would recommend the shop to all my friends and family with no hesitation. Thank you guys for doing a great job. I had to make sure the pipes are uptight as can be. I 4x4 a lot it's mandatory to have exhaust pipping uptight so I don't cause a fire in the mountains. You rock guys thank you!!!! read more
