Horrible coffee. I regret every time I give them a other chance. They over fill the togo cups so they spill all over the place. The coffee tastes burnt half the time and they don't seem to understand that you have to add more sweetener to a large cup of coffee than a small so it always tastes bitter. I've tried asking for just about everything at the counter and it's never right: sweet, extra sweet, double up on flavor pumps, super super sweet, and it's always bitter with an off taste. read more

Self-service joe let's you skip the line but I recommend queuing up for a pepper-no-mint mocha latte (oh my!) and the avocado toast...sublime. Staff works quickly so you won't be in line for long and the barista knows what's she's doing with that craft syrup: just the right amount of sweet so you can appreciate the delicious espresso it complements. Not the place for breakfast. Biscuits were dry, didn't have any kind of potatoes (hashbrown, fried potatoes, or home fries), and sausage gravy wasn't that flavorful. The staff was friendly, but the food is most important at an eating establishment. I would not return here based on my first impression. read more

We stumbled upon this place and ended up having a great time! We came on Wednesday which happened to be music bingo night and it was so fun as a family! When walking in, we were literally greeted with silence. The guests just stopped talking and stared at us. We weren't greeted by anyone and we had never been there before so we didn't know that It's not a traditional, get "greeted" kind of place so we just kind of sat down and didn't know what to do. We went to the back where there was an "order here" sign and a hostess and asked for a menu. She didn't say anything or look at us, but reached for the menus and handed them to us. My family looked over the menu and went to ask about ramen (which they only do Mondays by the way) and the hostess did the same thing. She didn't look up from the register and told us it's only served on Mondays. The ramen situation is not why this place is a two star. My family and I were NOT welcome. I felt extremely uncomfortable and so we left and never ordered. My family and I are Hispanic...and I'm not saying it did or didn't have anything to do with this but we weren't welcome. read more

I really wanted to like this place more - the ambiance is actually my favorite thing about it, rare for me. The proprietor is very welcoming and solicitous, and there is a great mix of seating options, from cozy chairs to an nice long bar. However, the food is just plain mediocre. Billed as ramen, my first dish quite unexpectedly came with so little broth that a spoon was not even needed, and was composed of clear vermicelli! It was okay, but it was not ramen! Other meals including a rice bowl with shrimp and breakfast burrito were merely fine, and somewhat lacking in flavor. And like the "ramen" were small in portion for the price. Kudos to the establishment for having a nice list of mocktails, but unfortunately they are not as tasty as they sound on paper. read more

The best customer service (which seems rare these days post-COVID), friendliest staff, yummy breakfast, and great coffee - we were sad we discovered this place on our way out of town!
