Cheese Nan

OMG! The food is on point ! Amazing!! I ordered the Tanndori chicken it was soo good and juicy. It reminds me of Rotisserie chicken with extra extra flavor. I didn't see cheese Nan in the menu but they were so sweet and did it anyway for me. It was sooo good. Mango lassi 10/10. & they gave me a free dessert that i haven't tried it. I honestly don't know what those negative reviews was about but they did there thing today ‍ I'll be back !!!

is it worth it.. i wonder ???

I order 3 times from this place. First 2 time they didn't even give my Chana Puri and give me mix pickle instead of mango pickle, yet they charge me all of it. and 3rd time was today i order 70 dollars food. they send me naan which cost 2.95 and it was burn and half of the bread was gone... i couldn't eat at all. Next, i order Biryani which was 18.95 but they force me get extra rice for 6.00 dollar (keep in mind was ordering from Uber eats) without adding the 6.00 dollar extra rice i can't put the order for the Biryani at all.. what the hell.. it's like ripping off your costumer. why do i need extra rice with Biryani ? i don't get the logic. well, this will be my last time ordering from this place. i recommend people to not order from this place at all.

Ordered through Uber eats. The portions were good but the flavors were just ok. Very little to no spice. Maybe they were having an off night

The Kachori was nothing like I expected, other than that I've enjoyed their dishes for a while now and they have a great lunch special.

I'm not familiar with Pakistani food, which is a great reason for me to check it out... and I figured it's similar to Indian, which I love. The name of the place sounds super cool and kind of silly, TBH, so I think that hooked me. There's not too much parking available on the streets near the restaurant, but I found some right down on Bronxwood Ave about a 2 minute walk. Upon arrival, I was a little surprised to find it kind of beat-up looking, a damaged table (with the veneer peeling away from the top)... not looking quite as great as it did in the photos I saw on Yelp. But the food looked good. I ordered beef (in a thick gravy) over seasoned white rice. Even though it's ready to eat, it's not warmed up, so I had to wait a few minutes for them to plate and microwave it. They added a generous amount of the sauce/gravy to the top, but the gravy kind of disappears into the rice. The flavor wasn't really to my liking... I couldn't identify what exactly was the dominant spice or spices, but they're not a favorite of mine. Regardless, I ate all of the meat... but as you can see from the photos, you should have plenty of RICE left when you're done! I brought some home. Service was casual and consisted of the guys who work behind the counter. It's not real table service. Definitely do not go here on a date unless you know the person is casual and adventurous and not at all scared of a "hole in the wall." The staff there are nice... asked me how I liked the food when I was finished and all. It cost $11 which is totally fair.

The meat was cooked well and was tender and it had great flavor to it. The rice and peas, as well as the veg was good as well. All in all, it was a good dish and I enjoyed it. I would definitely order from here again. I do miss the days veg and plantain was included in the meal, but I guess those are dying days and you now have to pay separate for what used to come with it by default.

It had been quite a while since my last visit, so I had a few questions about the chicken and waffle options. The employee who answered the phone initially took the time to explain the menu choices, which I appreciated. However, as the conversation continued, she seemed to become impatient and suggested that I come in and place the order instead. Despite that interaction, my order was ready when I arrived, and the food was served hot. I ordered the chicken tenders along with the new Fruity Pebbles waffles and Oreo waffles. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were disappointing. The meat was extremely tough and lacked seasoning, while the breading had more flavor than the chicken itself. The waffles, on the other hand, were excellent. They were fresh, well-made, and not overly sweet. The Fruity Pebbles and Oreo toppings added great flavor and texture without overwhelming the waffles.

What a wonderful spot for you to explore…read more We wanted to take our friend out to dinner for his birthday he likes a low key style. We called a head since it was 6 of us to see if we could do a walk in or if we needed a reservation , and both options are available which is a plus. Dress attire is your choice we dressed regular nothing fancy just day to day hang out style. We were greeted kindly by the staff sat down handed a set of dominoes to play with while we waited for our food and drank some water. The place is decorated nicely and you can see the vision in mind definitely. We placed our orders and I'm not gonna lie I came in thinking the food was gonna be eh but I was blown away by the flavors. For drinks we ordered a spicy sunset, pretty young thing and cokes. The spicy sunset is a nice strong drink and is rimmed nicely with just the right amount is tajin as you drink it; it has a nice smoky after taste to it definitely was delicious. The pretty young thing was a nice citrusy drink with a little salty aftertaste, which balanced out the flavor nicely. The cokes were not water down they were good as well. For food we ordered the Cuban sandwich with parmesan fries, butter chicken wings, butter chicken macaroni and cheese, steak nachos grande, butter chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and mom's butter chicken platter. This was a wonderful Spanish and Indian style combination of flavors. Definitely my first time having this type of food and wow what a mind blowing experience. Not one person in the table complained or had anything negative to say about their food. We all tried each other's food and each bite we exchanged to try was delicious and better than the last . The Cuban was delicious but the parmesan fries stole the show from that meal it was paired so lovely who would've thought those flavors would've mixed nicely. The buttery chicken wings oh my God dripping with goodness each bite was legit finger licking good lol. The butter chicken macaroni very very delicious. Had a nice cheese pull and a good balance could not stop eating it. The steak nachos were delicious I wish It had a little more meat, but it was not bad. The butter chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries also delicious and the fries were cooked so nicely that it was crispy and soft at the same time per bite. The mom's butter chicken platter was delicious they gave the right amount of sauce, the pita bread was delicious and soft, the salad that it was paired with was good too the rice was decently portioned. Everything was definitely tasty. Not one complaint of any of the meals. We did not wait long for the food. Bathrooms were nice and clean. I want to come back to try more things in the menu that's how good the food was and our group agreed to also come back with us. This spot is definitely a place to try. They have a beautiful quote right near the bar that really spoke to us, especially during these times it said "you are exactly where you need to be." It makes you stop for a second and really take it in and just live in the moment ... especially living in New York, where you have to be always go go go fast fast fast. This was really beautifully written thank you to the staff who made our night and our friend's birthday special we'll see you soon.

I like my eggs scrambled and this was kinda of a flattop melted with cheese. The French toast was kinda like I could make it myself. Not the best breakfast I have had. Service was fast as it was not much people in the establishment when we went.

The space is small and narrow. They had a few bakery items (plait bread/tennis rolls...about $3 each) along the left side, bagged and ready for purchased. On the right are hot foods (curry, stews...) you can buy. I ended up ordering a chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein (about $12 each) and purchased a few pre-packaged bakery items. The food was ready quickly in about 10 minutes. They do NOT serve pork there. The food and bakery items were good...3.5/5. Service was efficient but very straight-to-the-point. I grew up in Queens and am used to the Kaieteur and Bamboo Garden restaurants there. I believe the food at those places are a bit better than this location. The Queens locations are also bigger and have seating available. The bakery items here also aren't as good as the Queens stores...Little Guyana Bake Shop and Sybils. That being said...I've tried a few similar places in the Bronx and this was the best. Recommended if you can't make it out to Queens.
