Sweet shrimp the best I have had in a long. We did $19 lunch special which included three pieces of Nigiri and a five piece of sashimi with a spicy tuna roll. Also three sushi rolls for lunch special. Incredible on specials, but don't focus on that. They do incredible job and I was absolutely surprised but a sushi spot in a shopping mall. I've eaten sushi in probably a hundred different cities between California, Oregon, Washington and Denver and I can say this one is pretty mid. This is attached to the mall so don't come here Thinking you're going to have sushi somewhere that feels authentic because it definitely feels like a mall restaurant. But if you want some sushi I do recommend it. I judge sushi mainly based on two things - obviously the quality of the fish or seafood, but also the rice. Presentation can be whatever since I don't eat the presentation. Either way, Between my party of four we had 11 different rolls and an appetizer and no complaints there with the fish, So that was great. Really was not impressed with the rice though. Just could not taste fresh, really was not sticky. Couple of rolls that my friends had not wrapped in seaweed fell apart pretty easily. Also, minimal ginger and wasabi given with your rolls. So that could be a pet peeve of mine. An $18 glass of Japanese whiskey and that was fantastic. I got the last of the bottle and it was perfect with a heavy pour. Service was great here. Our waitress was attentive and checked in on us often anytime she walked in the general area. I'd love to come back and try it again And hopefully give a better score. read more

Upon stepping into Sachi, you'll forget that you're at the Denver Outlets and think that you're at normal sushi restaurant. We received great service and tasty sushi for a mall restaurant! We had some nigiri and special rolls and all were really good quality. The I-70 roll was my favorite followed by the Broncos roll. I really appreciate how they were also able to accommodate our small stroller by finding seating where this would leave room for our baby and other customers. First off, don't trust the google reviews because they give you an add before you eat any food to leave a 5 star review and get a free overpriced appetizer. Second, you cannot trust their own menu pricing because it lists daily specials so we ordered three basic rolls expecting to get the third free only to be told they no longer honor their own advertising by the waitress. The rolls were just that, incredibly basic. If you want tasty sushi with flavor, you will be very disappointed. Their specialty rolls are mostly tempura breaded and there are not a lot of options to choose from. Will not be going back, but I guess I should not have expected much from mall sushi. read more

Impromptu date night after we tried to go bowling at Main event but the wait was over an hour. So why not eat right. There was no wait here on a Saturday night at 7. Starting the meal with Edamame, we then ordered 3 sushi rolls; California, Crunchy Salmon, and the American Dream roll. The American Dream was my overall favorite. We also enjoyed an Old Fashioned as they do have a full bar. Tonkotsu Ramen was absolutely delicious according to my date. I followed it up with a dessert roll the Fruit Ninja Roll and when I tell you this is pure heaven cut into slices. No to go bags for us cause we ate everything. I would give more stars if the menu weren't so expensive (we would normally find those prices downtown, not Westminster) because the food tasted really good! Probably some of the best sushi rice in Westminster. The happy hour was a good deal, half off appetizers. However, the sign failed to indicate that it's kitchen appetizers only (not sushi appetizers). We had gyoza, crab cheese wontons, edamame and the sushi dinner entree. I was overjoyed to find this amazing gem in a food court of the outlet mall. There is a quaint sushi restaurant which was filled with a super friendly staff. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated where Stephan was serving. He was attentive and offered clear communication with our questions on the menu. We ordered multiple dishes from hand rolls to sashimi and Nigiri. Although it took awhile to get our food, it was certainly well worth the wait. The salad had sweet and tangy dressing with crisp lettuce and the sashimi was really fresh. The sushi rice was made to perfection and seasoned perfectly. I have eaten here several times because I love it! The prices points are reasonable, they have specials often on weekdays, and the food is very tasty. The restaurant is located in the Denver Premium Outlets, right by the food court, and there is indoor and outdoor seating. The inside has tons of space, seats, bar stools, and a separate bar area. Nothing fancy in terms of seating but the large chandelier really elevates the room. There are tall ceilings as well so the place doesn't feel stuffy even when full. I've tried several things on the menu, and I have not been disappointed. I love the calamari because it's not chewy. The crab cheese wontons have tons of filling. The jalepeno bombs are also nice and cream cheesy. My favorite rolls are the Sex on The Beach and Out of Control. The Sex on the Beach has different textures which adds to the flavor and the Out of Control has assorted fish. The quality of the fish is fresh. Finally, I appreciate how the staff is always nice. We come here or their sister location Sumo in Longmont when we are craving a night out for sushi. Their sushi is always fresh for a landlocked state. This location is a little smaller than Longmont, but service is always quick and attentive. They have an extensive menu and their appetizers are amazing. We were encouraged to try the fruit ninja dessert roll for the first time and it did not disappoint!! The prices are a little high, but it's to be expected for sushi in the middle of the country. Presentation is always on point. I love their hibachi entrees- their fried rice is amazing. I will say that the ladies restroom always smells horrendous. It's obviously a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed. I will opt to use the one in the main food court area instead of in the restaurant because it always smells foul. WHO: Me, Chelsey F and her newest addition - Adaline! WHAT: A much needed cousin date to indulge in our sushi cravings! WHEN: Almost 2 weeks ago! WHERE: Sachi Sushi - the brand spanking new addition to the Outlet mall up north! WHY: Because any excuse to spend time with my cousin (and niece!), AND eat sushi, is obviously a good idea! I'll admit, it's been a hot minute since I've had sushi. Mainly because my sushi partner has been out of commission (pregnant for what seems like forever!) and my husband is part of the 1% who actually hates sushi. Shocking - I know! After an easy 1/2 day at work, I headed up north for some quality cousin time.  We ultimately decided on a sushi lunch, since neither one of us had eaten it in far too long Sachi was our place of choice! Located on the outskirts of the new outlet mall, parking can be a bit tricky if stopping by peak times (weekends!), but on that particular Friday, parking was ample with a short walk to the entrance. Inside is spacious, modern and exudes all things class. With sparkly chandeliers, warm tones, plush booths and a view of the sushi bar, makes the space feel much larger than it actually is. We were greeted and led to a nice booth in the center, which easily fit the two of us and room for the stroller. Our server, greeted us promptly, provided us with menus, a rundown of specials offered for the day and gave outstanding recommendations to us before taking our order. The menu is vast, but he provided us with enough time to peruse the menu without pressure. Additionally he consistently ensured our waters were filled, brought out our food quickly and engaged in friendly conversation. He truly made our experience great! Now - the food! HOLY. With over 100 different items on the menu, it was extremely hard to narrow down what to nosh on. The large menu features everything from 2 or 3 roll specials, bento box options, lunch hibachi, fried rice, ramen and that's just lunch! The dinner menu is even bigger! Ultimately we decided on a few items from the special lunch menu - the two roll (Shrimp Avocado and Eel Cucumber) and three roll (Spicy Tuna, Spicy White Tuna Crunch, and Philly) special, which comes with miso soup. We opted to start with the soups, seaweed salad and an order of fried calamari - cause why not!? Everything came out in record time, was beautiful in presentation and tasted delicious! The only thing limiting this review from being 5 stars, is the price tag. For the two appetizers (which were a bit small for the both of us to split), and roll lunches ($10 and $13), our bill came to a whopping $50 with tip. Now I realize that's not a terrible price for good quality sushi, but for lunch? Ouch. However, their happy hour is offered daily from 3-6 and features the same quality items for a much more reasonable price - which I will easily return for, and so should you! read more

This place was unexpected. Outside of the city in a land-locked state, you don't expect to find fresh yummy sushi. Here it was, right in the center of the 144th Outlets next to their food court. The place is super cute, has plenty of sit-down seating, and has wonderful wait staff. If you are looking for sushi, ramen, or noodles, they have it all! We ordered edamame, miso soup, and crab rangoons to start. OMG where the crab and cheese wontons good. They were freshly made and fried and stuffed with lots of yumminess. None of that tiny pink of cream cheese business. They were packed full of crab and came with a tasty red dipping sauce that was very unique. I got the spider roll and the volcano roll. Both were delicious. These were both on the signature roll menu so they are a bit fancier but I did think the prices were a little steep for these. They are about $17 per roll if you don't get a boring roll like cucumber avocado. That is almost the price of a sushi den and not the same quality. Alas, I still ordered these and enjoyed them. I will definitely come back to try out more of the apps. They have a rock shrimp and gyoza that everyone seemed to be ordering. We enjoyed and had a great lunch. read more

I wanted sushi or ramen to eat, and we were leaving the Denver area fast, so I found what i could before heading further north. The place was dark - too dark. The people seemed friendly when they came to the table. But there was a coldness to the restaurant. Other patrons were there too, but we felt isolated and alone. I ordered the char-sui ramen. it was what i wanted, even though it was $12. We enjoyed some pork gyoza (just ok) and also ordered some takoyaki. The food was attractively plated, but the takoyaki was raw inside. I'd try it again, because it could have just been an off day. For both of us.
