No complaints about this place! I stopped here after a late afternoon hike when I was looking for something healthy and filling. I was the only person in there and I got the two protein scoop bowl over spring mix. I love the add ins that dont cost extra (why oh why must avocado be extra??) and it was fresh and full of flavor. Salmon? Check. Tuna? Check. Healthy? Check check check. Actually, I lied, I have one complaint. My fat bastard self wanted to take some home with me. But then I got hungry mid drive home and tried to eat poke and drive....a first for me...and a last. Luckily I wasn't attempting to eat with chopsticks because surely that would have ended horribly but the bowl was too big to hold and drive so I had to be responsible and wait to finish the rest once I got home. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was our first time there so they made some recommendations and explained the process for us.. I got the Bali Hai Signature Bowl with lettuce as my base. Westminster is a virtual wasteland if you have food tolerance issues. Most are chains that don't vary from their home office approved menu items. Rocky Fin Poke was an exception. The person who served me (it's a fast casual place, so you walk through and pick your items) knew what was in everything. I had the salmon. She was patient and helped me pick those items I could eat. I was having lunch with my cousin, and we both had excellent tasting bowls. I then ordered two more to take to a friend who recently had surgery, and her husband, who also enjoyed the food. We will all go back, for sure! read more

Unfortunately the food was not closely inspected when being prepared. This bone was surgically removed from my throat after a night in the ER after my first bite from my poke bowl. After a week I finally have my voice back. Huge food safety issue, will never eat here again. read more

YOU MUST GO! I am SO excited that this place opened in Westminster. I haven't been to their original location but there isn't another good, fast casual poke bowl spot nearby (that I know of) and this place is awesome. Fresh delicious protein options, generous portions, lots to choose from. You can pick from one of their menu items or build your own. The Rex sauce is not super spicy, citrusy and fresh. We got a BOGO with their opening week deal but even without the BOGO this place is a deal because the bowls are big. I've only been here once, and I got the vegetarian tofu bowl. When the person who prepped my bowl was asking if I wanted different things on my bowl, she didn't tell me that there was a charge for all of these little things she was asking about. So... I was surprised by the total when I paid. I still tipped her, but I was a tad annoyed. Something tasted weird in the bowl... I couldn't figure out what it was, but I think something was going bad in it. With all of the other good poke places around, for cheaper and better flavor, I doubt I'll revisit. read more

One of the best Poke places I've been to! They have two locations now and this one is close to my boyfriend's family's house, so we decided to take his little sister to try poke for the first time! She LOVED it! The atmosphere is very cozy and the walls are decorated in art! A lot of pop culture and anime references (Pokemon, One Piece, etc)! The dining area has big windows that let in a lot of natural sun light and it is a nice touch when you are sitting down, enjoying a poke bowl. These bowls are MASSIVE and we could not finish them, like we do at other poke places. We had to take them home with us and finish them for dinner! Really filling and great for the price! The fish here was delicious and very fresh. I wish they had more toppings/mix-ins, but the crab salad made the bowl worth it. Some items i feel this place is missing: corn, cucumber, jalapeños, sesame oil, wasabi, squid salad. Also the sauces are a little lackluster. Where's the aolis? The portions are a little smaller than other places. Not my first choice, but with how close it is to other places in the area, this makes for a great place to grab a bite to eat after work.
