Absolutely amazing! Hands-down, better than Starbucks. Service was phenomenal and extremely friendly. My chai was outstanding. This is going to be a place we will constantly frequent.

The service was excellent, and the sugar-free vanilla blended latte I ordered was absolutely delicious. I love the charm of the little drive-by coffee stand. However, one downside is that it's not easy to see the menu from your car. They do have small handheld menus available, and you can walk up to order as well, which is a nice option.

My favorite coffee place in Reno! The most delicious and strong cold brew! Open Christmas Day! Yesterday I went for an iced mocha, sub cold brew and heavy cream instead of milk and espresso. TDF! Home made whipped cream that will make your toes curl. 10/10

I love a good latte and I have driven by this place so many times. Kinda located in the back area off Virginia St. One day I decided to give it a try. When I drove up I notice how big the menu was and not just for coffee but snacks as well, I decided on a cherry blossom with oat milk. The woman who was working the drive thru was also the owner and was super nice. I also noticed how many snack choices she had as well, even had vegan cookies. My latte tasted so delicious and enjoyed chatting with the owner too. If you are looking for a coffee house to sit inside then this is not the place. It is a drive thru only so stay in your jammies if you want since you dont even have to get out of your car. My only negative comment to make is I wish she offered the frequent purchase cards like most other coffee houses offer where you buy so many and get one free or cheaper. She does not offer those. So when I am on that side of town I try to get a coffee beverage at Mugshots. So, go give them a try.

So after spilling my freshly brewed coffee all over the floor this morning before I could even take a sip, I questioned everything I knew about life. Turns out, the only solution I could handle in the aftermath of that tragedy was to head to Mugshots. It's so close to my house, and I love that it's drive thru only so I don't have to feel guilty about not wanting to get out of my car. Price is reasonable, tons of menu options, and the woman working the window is always so pleasant! Love this place!

Delicious drink, one of the best I've had! Java chip mocha blended! Chocolate chips on top were a hit because my kiddos got to have some haha Super sweet owner, definitely support small businesses! Such a cute little drive through! 10/10 recommend and going back again!

Ok Reno! This little coffee shop has it going on! The owner is fairly new with this location, but she's been doing coffee since the 90's! She's has such an inviting and cute personality, it's super easy to get lost in conversation with her. Local businesses like hers deserve more support from Reno! I asked for a macchiato and she countered it with different ways she could make it and different drinks that would be just as tasty! Just that much information was fantastic! You'll probably never get this kind of service anywhere else. MUGSHOTS has a nice menu as-well; shakes, smoothies and coffee, OH MY! You won't regret it, trust me I like acting like a coffee enthusiast like everyone else but this little shop has it going on!

It's so nice to have a drive through coffee shack in this part of town!! The new owner is adorable. The coffee is delicious, and she has all of the milks (hemp, oat, and almond) Recommend a light sweet pumpkin spice chai.

Took mom (87 years young).... They treated her like a queen. Easy to access with her walker and handicapped parking spots. Had a latte and it was the perfect temperature. Could have had a bit more flavoring but the coffee flavor was rich. Milk alternatives are available. Smaller sized bags of beans are available for testing at home. We bought 3 and the flavor notes were spot on for the Noir and Italian Roast. Clean and refresh g to sit at a table and watch the interaction of other guests. Most were regulars and all were treated as if they were important! Have enjoyed the beans at home so back we will go to get more!

She loves coffee and I wanted to take her to a new to us place.. i didnt realize laughing cat was a few minutes down the road from us till I saw a video from a local food reviewer who had gone there after they were broken into and robbed.. so i knew we had to go and try their coffee and support them. First of all their logo is super cute and I love all the purple..my favorite color..lol.. the first thing you see when you walk in is the purple food truck painted on the wall around the window you order at and then the big wall on the right of the door where people have signed it when visiting. We walked up to the window and were greeted nicely by 2 staff members.. they explained their seasonal drink and answered any questions we had..they were both so nice. I got a warm chai with regular milk. Temp was good but it did lack flavor. I could barely taste anything like the Chai or cinnamon. My fiancee got their seasonal drink. It was a spin on Dubai chocolate but made with white chocolate. My fiancee LOVED it! I tried it too and it was pretty good. Im just happy she liked it. Cute place with good vibes and friendly staff. We will be coming back and I will be trying the chai again.

What a major local gem in Reno. It only took one visit for…read moreme to become a fan of this coffee shop/bar in Midtown. You can tell that a lot of thought and heart went into the place. The decor, the entertainment, the products all struck a chord with me. On one side - a super cute pour over/loose leaf tea shop with some records for sale. On the other - a cute bar and lounge area equipped with a vinyl player (Bring one in on a Monday for them to play). You have some house pants, checkered floors, and cool vinyl covers all over the walls that make for some great & hip atmosphere and vibes. Their restrooms, though small, and clean and cool. Their pour overs are so flavorful, strong, and made with beans grounded on your visit. I love that they're flavored and sweetened in a way that allows the coffee to shine. If you're into sweeter drinks, ask for a bit more sweetner or add in a brown raw sugar packet yourself from the straw station. I hear their chocolate pour over is a hit. Matchas - prepared in a similar fashion. Slightly sweetned with subtle flavorings. I tried their carrot cake matcha today and really enjoyed the housemade syrup they used to flavor it with. I also love that they offer loose leaf teas. Their chai was nice, fragrant and great with a little sweetner and milk. Shelby over at the bar area was sooo patient with explaining their menu and suggested a isla bonita pineapple shrub drink for a non alcoholic option. Similar to their other drinks on the coffee side, it was tamed in sugar yet still fun and flavorful. I really enjoyed the tang from the apple cider and the spice from the tajin chili powder as a contrasting flavor. Double check their website for bar and coffee shop hours as they differ from one another. And follow them on Instagram for updates on seasonal specials & themed gatherings. A lot of cool local DJs spin here for special events and parties during the holidays. Tip: sit next to the pour over station next to the menu. It's so entertaining, especially with Sydney working the station (thanks so much for the chat and entertainment. Honestly one of the friendliest baristas I've ever met in Reno). Both bars are set up in a way that allows for meeting others and socializing. Check it out. It's a good time. Notes *Catch live jazz music on Wednesdays here for free. *free street & neighborhood parking *bagels & cream cheese available at the coffee shop *they have fun with their seasonal drink specials. I dig it.

This time last year EP was on the Yelp Food Walk…read more So I was past due to circle back and rediscover it when it wasn't flooded with event goers. An interesting combination of coffee shop, bar, and vinyl lounge, EP is located on Wells Avenue. Took a break from checking out other neighborhood shops to sit and enjoy an afternoon cocktail with friends. Plenty of various comfy seating areas and about six spots at the bar. I tried the Float On, a boozy adult root beer float using local gelato from Bibo. It's a coffee shop, so my friend sipped the 9 to 5, their version of an espresso martini. The Soul Sipper, a beautiful orange colored cocktail was similar to an Aperol Spritzer. Located on the corner of Wells and Vassar, there's a little more street parking available.
