Buzzed Coffee is our first stop when in Reno. I try to always order a drink from the seasonal menu. And it never disappoints. My daughter always gets the cinnamon muffin (it's her favorite). This was our first time purchasing from the thrift shop in the back. We bought 3 t-shirts. We got some good finds for good prices. We can't wait to go back!

Such a cute coffee shop with relaxed vibes walking distance from the University. Great place to get work done or to just grab a coffee with friends. Cozy relaxed vibes and a nice bright atmosphere with lots of fun colors. Nice size loft upstairs to sit as well as patio seating out front or out back. The staff were super friendly and helpful all the times I've visited. Always enjoyed my Chai and iced Strawberry Matcha lattes and the vibe :)

Buzzed is a rad little spot located on the UNR campus. This location has always been a coffee shop, but Buzzed is new to me, so after some lunch nearby a caffeine boost was needed! My brother and I took a stroll over to Buzzed for an afternoon pick me up. A stroll is advised since parking can be tricky in this area unless you're a student who already has working access in the campus. They've got drinks and some light snack options here. We opted for some iced options since it was toasty out. The iced matcha was good. The barista made some sweetener recommendations but I opted for unsweetened and it was still tasty. My brother enjoyed his iced caramel macchiato. Better than Starbucks! The space is cool with an upstairs loft space if you'd like to hang out and plenty of outdoor seating as well. The first floor has some thrifted clothing available for browsing too. Cool! Overall a worthy coffee spot in the UNR area. Go check it out! Catch a buzz!

Had a nice experience here. I went there just after lunch and ordered an iced Matcha latte with strawberry and oat milk. It was pretty good as matcha goes because you could actually taste it. I would've liked more ice, but that's an easy fix. The restaurant was kind of empty, but it looked like a crowd had just left. Service was pretty quick, and they were very helpful. I sat outside to get some fresh air and because they weren't busy; She was so kind to bring it to me. I would definitely recommend this placed.

I was here over the weekend, wanted to get some coffee before I drive back to the Bay Area. I was looking for some coffee on the way and came across this pretty cool vibe coffee shop. Parking was very hard to find, I think I had a park at the gas station that was behind the coffee shop. Or around the other side of the corner. It is by the university, so you'll see a lot of students here. Service was nice, I placed an online order because when I was passing by, there was a huge line. But it was just a group of people for orientation I think? I really like the interior and that there's a loft upstairs. Downstairs behind the coffee bar, is a lot of swags and pops to take photos of. So it's kind of like those Photo Booth style thing. Coffee was really good, I ordered mocha with oat milk and a hint of peppermint. I really like that you can really customize your own coffee here. I would definitely come back here to get some buzzing coffee and try their other flavors.

The counter to order is right there as you enter. There is outdoor and upstair seating. There are some used clothes available for sale in the back of the shop. Service was fast. The matcha was pretty good for Reno standards, but just alright. The muffin was also just alright. This is one of the better options to go to if you're trying to grab a drink and chat near UNR.

Being back im school, with the love of coffee, I am always looking for a nice coffee shops with wifi to go and study at. I just happened to find this place and decided to try it out! They have good amount of items on the menu, but I decided to try something on their seasonal menu. It was delicious! They have friendly staff and services was great. This place is super cute! They have seatings outside as well as upstairs. It's super cozy and perfect spot to study at! 10/10 I will be back for sure! I can't wait to try out the other items on the menu!

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and it was actually really yummy. Good matcha flavor. I do wish it had just a bit more strawberry in it. But it was good still!

I visited Buzzed Coffee around 9:30 AM on a Wednesday. There were a few folks already enjoying their coffee but there wasn't anyone in line so I was helped right away. As I was ordering, three additional parties came in. There was only one employee working but managed to take everyone's order and make all the drinks in a timely manner. Two things about Buzzed Coffee really stand out to me: (1) the prices are cheap! I got an iced coffee with a flavor syrup for $2.85. (2) The coffee is actually good! Ordering an iced coffee is always a gamble, but the one I got was delicious. Buzzed Coffee seems like a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done. I'll definitely be back soon, but this time with my laptop!

Great coffee on UNR campus. You walk in and feel the college vibe from the music to the signs to decor and layout. Friendly, cheery staff even first thing in the morning (7am). Brewed coffee is delicious and the vanilla latte was excellent. Served fast and hot and with a smile! Been here two days in a row and will return for another two days and anytime we are back in Reno.

This place was so cute! Coming in there's an upstairs where you can study and even shop jackets/shirts/sweaters which I thought was so cool. I ordered the ice caramel macchiato and it did not disappoint, It was perfect. The service was amazing, we went on a Sunday morning. There's wasn't much people but definitely a place to visit and get coffee again.

My husbands prosciutto "toast" was cold and not toasted, and was drenched in jam with almost no prosciutto. My sausage breakfast sandwich was not plated and was completely cold in the middle. What a major local gem in Reno. It only took one visit for…read moreme to become a fan of this coffee shop/bar in Midtown. You can tell that a lot of thought and heart went into the place. The decor, the entertainment, the products all struck a chord with me. On one side - a super cute pour over/loose leaf tea shop with some records for sale. On the other - a cute bar and lounge area equipped with a vinyl player (Bring one in on a Monday for them to play). You have some house pants, checkered floors, and cool vinyl covers all over the walls that make for some great & hip atmosphere and vibes. Their restrooms, though small, and clean and cool. Their pour overs are so flavorful, strong, and made with beans grounded on your visit. I love that they're flavored and sweetened in a way that allows the coffee to shine. If you're into sweeter drinks, ask for a bit more sweetner or add in a brown raw sugar packet yourself from the straw station. I hear their chocolate pour over is a hit. Matchas - prepared in a similar fashion. Slightly sweetned with subtle flavorings. I tried their carrot cake matcha today and really enjoyed the housemade syrup they used to flavor it with. I also love that they offer loose leaf teas. Their chai was nice, fragrant and great with a little sweetner and milk. Shelby over at the bar area was sooo patient with explaining their menu and suggested a isla bonita pineapple shrub drink for a non alcoholic option. Similar to their other drinks on the coffee side, it was tamed in sugar yet still fun and flavorful. I really enjoyed the tang from the apple cider and the spice from the tajin chili powder as a contrasting flavor. Double check their website for bar and coffee shop hours as they differ from one another. And follow them on Instagram for updates on seasonal specials & themed gatherings. A lot of cool local DJs spin here for special events and parties during the holidays. Tip: sit next to the pour over station next to the menu. It's so entertaining, especially with Sydney working the station (thanks so much for the chat and entertainment. Honestly one of the friendliest baristas I've ever met in Reno). Both bars are set up in a way that allows for meeting others and socializing. Check it out. It's a good time. Notes *Catch live jazz music on Wednesdays here for free. *free street & neighborhood parking *bagels & cream cheese available at the coffee shop *they have fun with their seasonal drink specials.
