Well, unfortunately tonight visit to one of our favorite restaurants did not go well. First of all the restaurant is doing false advertisements. The flyer on the table clearly says Happy Hours all day on drinks and appetizers. When I try to get the blacken mushroom they said they wasn't on happy hour. I attached the photo of the flyer and it very clearly says appetizers all day until 9:00 pm. I ask for the manager (Taylor) and she was very rude and kept saying the other menu said until 6:00 pm. She was just very rude about it. Unfortunately a lot of service in the restaurant has really went down. It is said because we are in a tourist town and most of the restaurant just have rude service. We were shopping in the area for the holidays and found mugshots. The service, while good, was a bit slow. We sat for 10 minutes but we were busy getting to know the menu. The atmosphere is fun and lots of TVs. People were cheering on the games which was great! We ordered the mombo combo and some onion rings. On the combo we chose wings, tenders and the southwest egg rolls. Lots of sauce choices! All food was delicious and cooked just right. I don't have one of these in our area, but we often travel to Foley so we will definitely be back!! read more

The salad was supposed to contain wings with mild sauce. The stuff was so hot I couldn't breathe. The stupid bartender Bella was a moron. Her solution was to ask me if I wanted water. They wouldn't remake it. Then she got hostile when I refused extra water for the second time. This place sucks. There are plenty of better places to stop in Foley. read more

I went on a bad day I guess. I blame the management for having only one server that was also bussing tables. I'm local, but this was during the height of spring break season. Someone else had to get our drinks before the waitress finally shows up to get our order. The next time she came by was to give us the check. When the food finally got there it was overcooked. I've never had that happen at any mugshots before. When the other person running around (I think the manager) asked how everything was, I said it was overcooked. She asked if I wanted them to make me another one. My reply was no it would take too long since it had already been a long event the first time through. She just said ok condescendingly as she walked away. We both only ate half our burger and tried to get the hell out of there. It took about 15 minutes before anyone checked us out so we were held hostage waiting to close out the bill. We weren't the only ones. Someone else had to go back near the kitchen to get her and pay. I also hate that they stand there with the card reader while you choose the tip. It could make for an uncomfortable situation when you tip low for horrible service. The summary is this place sucked on this day. Hopefully, they get better management and get better because I like mugshots usually. read more

We decided to give Mugshots a try after checking the reviews on Yelp. I have to say, I like the variety on the menu. Lots to choose from... delicious sounding burgers, wings, sandwiches, pasta, and salads. The sides are great, too; from beer battered fries to sweet potato fries... The place is a family friendly bar and grill with an excellent kids menu. The decor is bright, fun, and inviting. Our server was satisfactory. She met the requirements of serving our family, but she wasn't all that pleasant and seemed somewhat aloof when I asked questions or requested beverage refills, etc. I'll plan to return and hope for a server who is pleased to have us in their section. (If you're wondering, I went ahead and tipped 20%, even though the job she did warranted 15% at best.) read more

We have ordered online multiple times and the pick-up service lane/staff is always wonderful! My food is ready on time. It is packaged well, so it is always hot when I get home. That is very much appreciated. Nobody likes having to reheat their order before they can eat dinner. We both ordered hamburger steaks again (our favorite!) with mashed potatoes/gravy. My husband wanted to try the Mac/cheese which he said was delicious and I stayed with the grilled veggies because they are amazing every time!! read more

Visited here for lunch while running errands. We enjoyed this chain when living in other states, and this location lived up to our other experiences. The food is solid. I really like the buns, and the bun to meat ratio is great imo. Service was standard and the restaurant was clean. The milkshake was nice and thick. Delicious burgers! I had the garlic parm burger I added fried jalapeños, father in law got the mcdowell burger and said it was delicious, and husband got the Mono combo and said everything was great! The buns were so good, and on Uber eats there was plenty of options to customize, and all the customizations we requested were executed perfectly! This was my first time at any Mugshots restaurant. And for starters, our waiter was fantastic, and all of the employees I saw seemed happy! We got the combo appetizer, and it was fine. Wasn't bad, wasn't extraordinary. For my main, I got the Parmesan burger with beer-battered fried and a side Cesar salad. Burger: 6/10 Reason: I got the mushrooms and onions on the side. However, I noticed half way through the burger that they had mushrooms on the burger! It wasn't bad, and I didn't notice until I saw. I just can't think of myself as someone who eats fungus. Fries: 10/10 Reason: Crunchy outside and soft in the middle, well cooked! Cesar Salad: 4/10 The lettuce wasn't that crunchy, but I liked the dressing. Then while we waited for a server no recognition by any of the staff passing by.
