Unbelievable meal that exceeded my expectations! This is my second time dining here and I continue to be impressed by the imaginative menu, well-balanced and creative cocktails, and vibrant flavors with a beautiful underlying smokiness. I couldn't decide between the mussels and the clams as starters, so I ordered both and I am so glad that I did! The fish on the "half shell" was tender, delightfully smoked and with a crispy skin. The Biryani was another standout with generous portions imbued with warm spices, fresh raita and tender goat. The warm hospitality and lively atmosphere added to the experience! Another win for Chefs Zubair and Jacob!

Great new spot! I went yesterday on day 2 of opening and I thought the space was nice and the service was great! Our server knew the menu well and provided great recs. The food was lovely! I really loved the beef cheek nihari. The tomatoes were perfect for summer and the NY strip was cooked perfectly!! I really like the concept and I'm excited to come back again!

We always get their Samosa Chaat, Gobi Manchurian, and Keema Samosa to start. If you enjoy some spice, the Samosa Chaat is the way to go. Its flavorful, spicy, and creamy. We also got their Chicken Tikka Masala. They give you a generous amount of food and rice so be prepared to have some leftovers. It's always very clean and beautifully decorated inside, with cute pillows and art. Definitely recommend trying out Rangoli Kabob the next time you're craving Indian food!

I am more a fan of the seafood from the northern recipes ...like Tandoori shrimp. Admittedly I was killing time until the Michael Blaustein show and doors opened at the Vic... so figured I should grab dinner at some point since coffee and a bagel had been it since 11am. I ordered the equivalent of a spicy giant samosa (Dosa) for $15... its an appetizer. Server took it to mean an entree of Chicken Tikka Masala. Jasmine rice and a giant saucer of sauce. Mediocre.. lots of sauce and about 6 chunks of chicken. Suspect it may have been canned and at $18 not worth it at all. Pretty annoying and underwhelming TBH. They didn't fix it either so no tip and shorted them 4 cents by just leaving $20 cash. Not ever again. Maybe other memu things are better but what the gentrification Belmont. . My old inner goth ass was stomping away... indignant. I can and have made this myself in 10m. So im feeling this was SO not worth it.

All of their cocktails were unique, beautiful, and flavorful. -Gulabo (left): was a light and refreshing vodka cocktail super cute and pink -Pink Palace (right): mezcal that will make your heart melt, especially after trying the raspberry salt coated rim -Hari Pari: Reaallly good, I don't like gin so I subbed for vodka and I was very pleased -Let's Get Tammered: My husband was obsessed with the heat from this one -Punjab da sher: Husband loved this as well The dinner menu was a great sampler of what the restaurant has to offer and honestly we loved everything that we tried. Star of the show would have to be the fish basant, super crispy and with a little bit of heat. The vindaloo pork belly tonkatsu was so well cooked and crispy on the outside but light on the inside. Make sure to order garlic naan on the side, we wish we ordered a second portion to take home that's how good it was. Definitely check them out, it's being added to the rotation for us.

Everything is packed with flavor, fresh, and consistently delicious. One of the things that keeps us coming back is how welcoming Faraz is. He genuinely cares about his customers and always makes us feel appreciated when we visit. Our favorite dishes are the chicken karahi, chicken tikka masala, chaat fries, papadum, and garlic naan--they're all absolutely amazing and are a must-order every time. Another thing we love is that the food is just as good when we order delivery as it is when we dine in, which says a lot about the quality and consistency of the restaurant. Highly recommend Tandoor Char House to anyone looking for great food and even better hospitality!

I had the J'adore 75 cocktail which had vodka, Prosecco, lychee and hibiscus served as a martini. I was nervous it would be too sweet but it was perfect. I ordered the sheet roasted cauliflower for an appetizer and had the vindaloo curry with braised lamb and asked they make it spicy. Usually when I've gone to Indian restaurants they don't make it spicy enough but Kama made it spicy! My friend had the paneer tika masala that she said was really good. Each entree came with a side of basmati rice. We also ordered garlic naan for the table that was very tasty. We went to Kama on a Saturday night so it was busy but our food came out quick. Laura surprised us with a birthday dessert for the table that was a kulfi dou ice cream that was flavored pistachio and had a blueberry chutney. I've never had that kind of ice cream before it was very unique. They also brought out lit up candles so we were able to sing Happy Birthday. This was the best Indian restaurant I've been to and I can't wait to go back!
