I have seen Dr.Kundi twice and he is very professional and his office staff is professional and pleasant. There time frame to return phone calls was within 48 hours whenever I did have a question. I believe the office staff in rancho Cucamonga is also the same staff in West Covina. Both times the office staff greeted me with a smile and no one was on their cell phone which is a big deal to me. The office was clean comfortable seating and the bathrooms were clean as well Taj was my technician today for my EMG test. I am highly disappointed with the management and scheduling at this office. My appointment was confirmed at 1:45 PM. I arrived early at 1:30 PM to ensure everything was in order, but I have been left waiting indefinitely. There is a complete lack of respect for patients' time and zero communication from the staff regarding the delay. A doctor's office should be managed much more efficiently than this. He has been seeing my Dad for almost 4 years, my dad was diagnosed with Dementia, We, the family understand clearly that there is no cure with this disease so our questions to Dr. Kundi are the typical like "how are we able to help him? what else can we do? what's the severity?" etc.. his answer would be nothing! he said he doesn't know what should we do and just continue what we're already doing to my dad. mentioned he has zero memory already and that just wait with the changes in his behavior. This office is overbooked and way too busy. I waited almost two hours for my first appt, and an hour and half for my follow up. Each time the waiting room was completely full. I had to bring my children along with me and the doctor was super skeptical of them being in the office as he didn't want them touching his machines, which is understandable, but to yell at my child because he got close to them is a bit ridiculous. Today my mom of 73 years of age was scheduled for a EEG her paper work said to be here 15 minutes early and we were infact 20 minutes early. However, I'm knocking on the door and finally after knocking for at least 10 minutes, (not consistently) but a few times, so when the lady (Natalie) opens the door I explain to her that my mom has an appointment and it says to be here 15 minutes early, she responds rather rudely saying that they don't take people early and that there's no paper work stating that, so I show her and trying to explain to her that it's already 89* outside and she shuts the door in my face as I'm talking to her, very disrespectful on her part especially because of my moms age ( no consideration) I understand Covid regulations but they shouldn't ask for a patient to be early if their going to make them wait outside. Dr Kundi is by far the WORST doctor I have ever taken my mom to. She has seizures but not epilepsy, and she has other health conditions that he knows about, acknowledges, and does nothing about. Her condition gives her very poor balance and he does not allow her to use her walker or even help her move around. He is incompetent and does not know what compassion is. He's been her doctor for a few years (due to issues with insurance) and she has not gotten any better. He lacks compassion and even common sense. He told us it is "normal" to have seizures. Does that sound "normal" to anyone else??? I have told him to his face all he cares about is money in his pocket and he shoo'd us away after seeing my mom for 5 mins max. I decided to look at his reviews on line and other people are complaining about having to wait for hours before being called in. Took my mom there for memory/dementia diagnosis. After one year, he still won't provide a definitive diagnosis. He was told right off the bat that we needed a diagnosis for purposes of implementing Power of Attorney. After tests, and no response back from them, I had to make multiple calls to find out what we were to do next. Then his office staff told me we couldn't get a true diagnosis without having an office appointment. So, we did that and then he wouldn't do a meaningful diagnosis once he understood it was for a POA. Says X test performance is mild to severe. Really?? What kind of diagnosis is that? We've now wasted all this time and have NOTHING. When I called the office back and reminded them that we were supposed to get a diagnosis written into the notes, which we could use, and he didn't give that to us, nor was the letter helpful. They couldn't do anything. I'm going to file a complaint with the medical group as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

My referral says one location but unfortunately they have like 10 locations and didn't bother to tell me that my appointment was at a different one and I sat there knocking at the door for like 20 minutes and realized nobody's ever coming because they don't allow people in. Tried calling but nobody answers the phone it's just answering machines. Finally ran into somebody and she said oh well we're closed at this location try one of our other ones and I'm like which one nobody told me that it was a different location. I walk into the actual location finally that I'm supposed to be seen in only to find out now they can't see me and I have to wait almost a month for the next appointment because they failed to tell me proper information. Dr. Kundi has been my neurologist for few years & I couldn't be happier. Every time I need to come in - which fortunately isn't too often, everything is easy peasy from receptionists to billing. I don't have to wait more than 20 minutes, & I've been able to schedule appointments with little difficultly to fit my busy schedule, would recommend Dr. Kundi to anybody seeking a neurologist in the IE. area!! read more

Dr Kundhi is a joke of a neurologist. My daughter needed to be seen by him. He ordered an EEG of her brain and an MRI of her head. We went to his nearest office - 1 hour away from home. We waitede over 3 hours BEFORE being seen just to get the results of the EEG. When we finally were seen by him, he asks us about if we brought a certain medicatin with us so he could see if he needs to "adjust it". I said no we didn't bring it, because no one saide anything to us during the prior appointment. He tells us to make another appointment and bring the medication. We did get a copy of the EEG results but not the MRI. My daughter has had pain near her right ear and vomiting for no reason. She's been tested for Celiac Disease came back negative. I just figured that the place she had the MRII can make an account in her name to view images and get reports - so I did. dr Kundi has been sitting on this MRI report for 1 1/2 years now. My daughter has a cyst in her right maxillary sinus. This is the cause of my daughter's right ear pain and vomiting, and wanted to "adjust" a med that our primary prescribes to my daughter?? Very unprofessional!!! First he over books his appointments. I made an appointment at 12:30 arrived at 12:15 because on the paperwork I had it said do not be late or you may have a longer wait. Really? Longer then the over 3 hours I waited? Then I was yelled at by Dr Kundi that his staff should not have booked me that day and that he could not do a consultation because he was overbooked. I had already arranged my day to be seen and waited 3 hours to be told....yelled at! That he doesn't have time. What a waste of my time to already have spent 3 hours. Then he yelled at me that my primary Dr was far away. Don't know why I needed to explain why I have kept with a Dr I liked from where I use to live. Then he told me maybe I need to see another neurologist. I said I feel the same way. I don't need to be yelled at for his and his staffs overbooking appointments. This guy only wants money. He sent me to get an MRI, then didn't even bother to look at the scans, and even told me he didn't bother. When I challenged him on it, he made up some B.S. that I know is wrong because I have been reading solid neuroscience journals for years. Then he ordered more tests, but sent me to an office my insurance doesn't accept, but that he is personally affiliated with (and now I have to pay $400 myself). He was dismissive and only said I should just go back to work. It was work-related stress that triggered my hospitalization. Stay away from this guy. I cannot express strongly enough that it is in your best interest to avoid this doctor at all cost. He is beyond rude, arrogant and DOES NOT want to help you feel better. Went with my mother after a very rough years of her dealing with painful neuropathy issues in her arms and legs that were not properly being addressed with previous neurologist. Dr. Kundi's dismissive behavior began immediately upon entering the room, with him minimizing my mother's issues and asking her why she was even there. When she attempted to explain her situation, he kept interrupting and was more focused on why we were not seeing her previous neurologist anymore. It was very hostile and my poor mother ended up becoming so insulted and angry she walked out after grabbing her paperwork from his workstation. I attempted to talk to doctor after she walked out to find out why he was so unwilling to help her & he said "I have no relationship with you, so I don't need to talk to you". I become extremely agitated and told him the relationship we have is one human speaking to another human who is extremely concerned about the deterioration of her mother this last year and just wants someone to actually help. He continued to wave his hands, interrupting & telling me he doesn't need to speak with me anymore.
