There are two doctors who own the clinic that I never met or saw in the building. One is a chiropractor and the other is an MD. I went in for bone on bone knee pain while trying to avoid surgery. I had many injections and even received a stem cell shot which was not covered by insurance. All in all they must have received 20k from me, most paid by insurance. After all the treatment I have no relief. I can no longer take Inruprofen because of stomach pain and requested a prescription for the pain and swelling. They explained they really don't do that. I had no choice but to contact a orthopedic surgeon and schedule surgery. And yes, they were able to subscribe medication for the pain and swelling.

I requested a visit to discuss my severe insomnia (maybe 2-3 hours sleep a night) and accepted an appointment 3 weeks from my call, confirmed that appointment the Fri before, and it was canceled by the dr 2 days prior. Had to wait almost 2 wks to get in. Had a good visit, ordered blood work, she said she would call me the next day. 2 days came and went. I called and left messages for her and also sent a portal message. When Margaret (triage nurse with a superiority complex) called me, she spoke to me like I was 3 and had no brain cells. When I protested being put back on a medication I hadn't taken for 3 days (didn't have anymore TO take) only for it to be titrated within 2 doses, I was told I was being defensive and she was trying to help. I told her that I was exhausted from no sleep in months at this point, frustrated at the lack of communication, and not understanding why this was being ordered when it wasn't needed. I also stated very clearly that I was NOT yelling or cursing despite how badly I wanted to because of being treated as if I didn't have a voice in my own treatment plan. She said she would talk to the dr and get back to me. Instead, she apparently told the dr I was rude to her and who knows what other lies she stated because I received a certified letter from my dr releasing me from care. The dr never attempted to reach out to me to find out what happened after years of never having an issue. NEVER GO TO THIS DR OR ESSE HEALTH HAZELWOOD!!!!

She is very sweet , one day I took my newborn to the doctor recently after having him and the hospital didn't send me home with any milk and I needed to make my 2 0clock appointment at the Wic office.. she took it upon herself to call and let them know I'll probably be a little late because of my doctors appointment. She didn't have to do that but out the kindness of her heart she made sure there was a spot for me and my baby because he was on his last of milk. I cried because of the effort and lengths she went to make sure my baby had milk made me so happy. Going to the Wic appointment I made it on time and they were amazing. Another lady I'm so sad I don't know her name but she sit in the front in the office to the right she wears glasses and she always almost has a ponytail omg she did me a favor as well and long story short she signed the papers stating my son has a medical condition and gave me 30 extra days to come up with pay for my light bill ending of bill...... Not to mention doctor Murphy is a excellent pediatrician.. like amazing. I love how everyone remembers my children and look forward to seeing them. . The staff is sooooo amazing. I love Brandon at the front desk as well he is always sweet. S
