Everything in the apartment was within 6 months old and most of the items were brand new. I sent the company all of my receipts which added up to well over $300, and they did end up reimbursing me. But it was very frustrating having to deal with that in the middle of a move. This company came into my new apartment (which I just got the keys for) and took all of my cleaning supplies and personal effects that I had placed in the apartment. My landlord had hired them to meet me at the apartment and they didn't show up until after I had left the property. They went in and removed all of my items. There wasn't any cleaning needed since I had done it all myself. Why would they take my things???? Shouldn't they have called my landlord to ask if they should remove the personal effects? My landlord has left at least 3 messages for them and I left a voicemail and sent them an email with the list of missing items (worth approx. $300). They finally responded to my landlord the next day and to my email within a few days. Very disappointing to deal with a company that employs dishonest cleaners.

Also, I repeatedly had to ask them to make beds--something I thought was a basic part of any home cleaning service. My son's bed would consistently be left unmade unless I specifically asked. Recently, I was told the reason my service time was "running over" was because of the dishes (which again, were not part of the original service). They then tried to charge me an extra $50 just to wash dishes--on top of the $150 I was already paying. It honestly seems like this company is cutting corners and overcharging while not paying their workers fairly. The housekeepers often seemed rushed or disengaged, which makes me wonder how much of that $150 is actually going to them. In the end, I can't recommend this service to anyone. It feels like a company more focused on nickel-and-diming clients than delivering good service or treating their workers fairly. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere.

Accordingly, I was not there to evaluate the work in real time, but the team assured me that when I was able to make it to the unit to evaluate - if it was not up to my expectations that their work was guaranteed and they would come back. They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work.
