They then get to deal with crabby people who are upset about having to wait so long after making an appt. Also, the check in process is great if you are tech savy. If you are older or aren't tech savy, there are no options to speak to a person to check you in. It is all done digitally with a check in kiosk. The lobby is very bland and univiting.
