The care was great! Kind workers who were understanding & careful. My daughter is 6 months pregnant, hurt her foot on the stairs. We had to bring her 2 year old with us. They gave granddaughter crayons, stickers, coloring sheets & a bottle of water. We had made an appointment, so exam, X-rays & casting was under 2 hours. Brenton, diagnosed & treated her wonderfully. Rolando wrapped/casted her. He kept asking if she was comfortable, what he could do for her, etc. This was such a relief, not having to go to an ER, and not feeling as if we were on an assembly line. read more

Wow! I came down with something nasty the day after Christmas with fever, diarrhea, nausea, stuffed head etc. Ten days later still having fever, phlegm, nausea etc. I got kind of scared as I've never been this sick. I made a virtual appt for Sunday with Indigo Urgent Care. The staff could NOT have been more wonderful. Shantel got me all checked in and was very kind, and Jason Johnston PA met w/me virtually, took care of everything and answered all my questions. This is my first Yelp review about any thing. At Indigo Auburn the Receptionist was extremely rude and had difficulty using the computer to find my reservation/appt. Med assistant was equally as rude but the ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) was excellent. The ARNP quickly diagnosed my issue and was concerned about how the confrontations with the receptionist and assistant elevated my blood pressure. read more

This review is specifically for Dr. Eppel, who is a provider at this location. We have seen him 5 times now for various members of our family, and every single visit we've had with him has required follow up care due to flagrant misdiagnosis and/or dismissed concerns. He is rude, condescending and negligent - and has single handedly cost our family thousands of dollars and needless stress. Multiple providers we had to seek care from following our visits suggested we report him. This said, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all other staff and providers at Indigo locations. Rolando at the Lakeland hills location was especially phenomenal and went out of his way to help by husband get the care he needed. We will continue to go to Indigos, as long as Dr Eppel is off duty and far away from my family. read more

My daughter has been feeling sick with a fever and lethargy and so I brought her in. I was a little hesitant because of my last experience but it was the closest and I didn't want to travel far. She was diagnosed with influenza A. The nurse was great and so kind. Gave her just went back to back to this urgent care recently and had great/positive experience. I brought my girlfriend in on Sunday as she had a cold and running a fever. She was a walking in. The entire staff was very polite and they told her it would be one and half hour wait . But they got he in and the wait was 15 minutes. I was not a patient and they offered coffee and juice without me asking . Super pleased and they are professional. Good job . read more

I was a walk-in after injuring my wrist. I wasn't sure if I had possible fracture or strained something while lowering a heavy ladder. If you live in the Lakeland Hills/Sumner/Lake Tapps area I recommend you come here to be seen by the awesome team at this location. I wanted to say thank you!! The whole team from the moment I checked in with Rolando were friendly & super helpful. I was able to wait in my car, received a txt when they were ready for me to come in. Provider Heath went above and beyond to have X-rays taken of my hand/wrist before they closed. Only come here if you don't actually have something urgent. Made an appointment over 24 hours in advance (because that was the only appointment available and when I called I was told it was a 4 hour wait. Then showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and was told they wouldn't be ready to see me until after my appointment time because they had people ahead of me. Then, even though I'd been to this location before and my insurance hadn't changed, the woman at the front desk had trouble with my insurance information. My husband has been here before and they are always S.L.O.W. and their front desk people seem to be easily confused. read more

Place has horrible service and will cancel your appointment via the app and not actually call you. This place is a scam, they will make you run through their ER to collect more money. Go somewhere else. Also when trying to reach out none of their phones worked and the lady whom replied to my email had zero customer service nor did she bother to help me get an appointment scheduled for my teenage daughter. read more

This place is absolutely useless. I came here because under my VA benefits coverage, this urgent care facility would be covered. I checked their website to see if could schedule a time, there was nothing at all available under that website feature but they did list that "walk ins are always welcome". I show up at 2:30pm today and the front desk person, who was business cordial, said their scheduling system is down and there's a wait list. But If I get on that wait list i 100 percent won't be seen today. I say tomorrow is fine, she still refuses to put me on a wait list that seemed to be offered at first. I ask if basically there's nothing this place can do for me and she says yes. Proceed with caution. Don't proceed at all is what I'd recommend though. By the way, the waiting room and parking lot was completely empty. Is the doctor in the back playing Candy Crush? Hmm. read more

I came to Indigo feeling sick yesterday and thought it might be covid. They did a quick test and checked me over. When the doctor looked at my throat he mentioned my tonsils were inflamed, but failed to take a swab/culture. Today my tonsils hurt so much I have to come back and see if I can get some medication. Not only is this a waste of my time but it's also costing me for 2 visits and delay at getting medicine to stop the pain. I expect better! read more

I will start this by saying I have had very good experiences with Indigo in the past. Unfortunately today was not one of them. I arrived to my appointment 8 minutes late. I know because I looked at the clock when I walked in. There was one person in front of me that they were helping. They helped him for about 5 minutes then the girl at the desk went to the back for a few minutes then called me up. At that time it was 16 minutes past my appointment time. She told me that because I was 15 minutes late I had lost my appointment, they had put other people in front of me and I would have to wait for another opening. I explained that I hadn't been 15 minutes late but that now it was after waiting for the previous customer. She didn't care. Zero concern or trying to help. Should give 0 stars if I could. Took my wife in for severe chest pain and ended up waiting for an hour since Medical assistant could not understand insurance details. Even when connected with insurance co and them advising that they will pay for everything after indigo collects a co- pay. Paid 250 as they kept in delaying and she was in more pain. After all this, they said they don't treat such cases. Money making only and zero patient care. Urgent care. More like delayed care. Never visiting any indigo location again. read more

6pm Saturday night 1/1/22 they said they were swamped when I called. I asked for a Sunday appointment. They were not taking appointments but told me they were open 8-8. I showed up at 8am Sunday, waited in line with 20 other patients outside in snow, freezing temps. We waited over 30 mins. No one showed up. Office was closed. I left to shop for food. Came back an hour later. Still closed. Bad business. No signage to inform patients of closure. read more

Came here a couple months ago with every covid symptom possible. Front staff and nurses: Absolutely amazing! Very kind and very professional from the moment I walked in the door from the time I left. The doctor however...what a disappointment from the moment he walked in. Very awkward and unprofessional greeting. I'm not a social person and hate small talk, however the moment this guy started talking there was no introduction, he mumbled the entire time and came off extremely rude. He starts off my insisting that I don't have covid and there was no need to even test me. I basically had to demand that he test me or I wasn't leaving. The nurse then comes back, very polite, very professional and gives me the test. Doctor comes back in about 10 minutes later and continues to tell me how that test was a waste of time because there was no way I had covid. He then tries to write me a prescription for the flu and when I declined the offer, he continued again to tell me how I didn't have covid even though the results had not come back yet. They then tell me to go home and wait for the results. Couple hours later I look in Mychart and wow, positive for covid... Fast forward to this week. I return again for a forearm injury. It was the only place I could get into without going to an ER. Again, I walk into the clinic and the office staff and nurses are phenomenal! Friendly and professional. They took me back and did X-rays and everything was smooth. Then insert same Dr. as before...he pulls up my scans, barely looks at them. I could see the computer and he never even maximized the photos. Just a 2in X 2in photo of my arm. Him and I both were in agreement that my arm was not broken. I've got a high school diploma and I could tell that. But what bothers me is, how are you going to tell if there is a fracture from a tiny photo. And if you looked at the images before you came in, then say something. But charging me $250 for X-rays and then taking a 10-15 second glance at it...be a little more professional. Or perhaps send the imaging off to a radiologist if you're too busy to care. You already charged me so I don't see the inconvenience in recommending me see someone else. After this last visit, I won't be back until they find another doctor to employ. It's even more frustrating when I google Dr. Eppel, his overall review scores are appalling. And almost every review stated the same exact concerns that I had as well. Awkward, rude, unprofessional and the lack to listen to the patient. read more

Staff was friendly but the PA was completely incompetent!! This place is a total joke; a complete waste of time! When I booked the appointment online I typed in my symptoms...rather than tell me they couldn't do anything for me; they booked my appointment and had me see the PA. I was the only patient in the facility but had to wait several minutes for the PA to get to me room. Once there he said they can only help people with minor acute care. Seriously? So they billed my insurance company to tell me that! Absolutely ridiculous!! They wouldn't even take labs. Go to Access Care in Lakeland Town Center instead! read more

First of all if this wasn't important I wouldn't be risking going to the clinic during this time. I found this clinic through Solv online. I set the online appointment. I type that I need a prescription for Depo Provera for PAIN and that my pap smear is current. I get a voicemail right after that they don't carry Depo Provera (I asked for a prescription if there was a problem they could have prescribed me the subcateneous version) and then was told that I would need to talk to I'm guessing the doctor (is that not what the appointment is for? I guess they saved me the trip). I checked online and found that urgent care can provide birth control, I went to Indigo's FAQ page and all that was there was they do not provide full occupational medicine services, so employee related medicine. Whatever law is restricting Indigo they need to clear up those issues. read more

I got a same day in person appointment by booking online. Upon arrival, I was checked in and placed in a room. No waiting room exposures to other people. I really like that the practitioners are respectful, caring, friendly, listen and offer homeopathic treatments choices along with pharmaceuticals if you need them. They don't push you in and out the door. I had Thomas as a my nurse practitioner...he was amazing. I have also visited Indigo in Covington. I really like these clinics. They took the I hate going to the Dr. to this is ok. read more
