The original side is rich, savory, and comforting, while the spicy side has a deep, fragrant heat that builds without overpowering the flavor of the meat. The lamb skewers are also a must. They are fatty, spicy, tender, and almost melt in your mouth. They remind me of the lamb skewers from the street carts in New York. What impresses me most is how this place keeps improving. Years ago, they did not even offer all-you-can-eat. Now they have added AYCE hot pot, a self-service vegetable bar, and an AYCE skewer option, while somehow maintaining the same high quality of the meats and broth.
