So he politely asked me to move to a certain spot and then directed me to go into the office to see if one of the girls could fit me in that day or I would have to schedule in the future. As we were walking in, he held the door open for me and I saw a car on a lot, and I asked him about it and the. the woman Marie started screaming and swearing like a maniac to close the lobby door and the brother-in-law said to her I'm holding the door for a customer who needs to talk to you. When I left, I was kind of shaken up by the overall experience and Eddie ( gas guy ) asked me if everything worked out. I explained to to him that I scheduled for an appointment in a week because I'm not sure if I'm gonna bring it in or not because I was so offended by Marie's attitude. Eddie then went in the booth and got a business card for his brother-in-law and told me call Anthony-- especially about the car. He's the only one that does them and he's so fair to and good about it that the guys that worked for me at budweiser that I sent him to buy cars, I would always tell them ask her Anthony and not my other brother-in-law John! Anthony is just a good guy who wants repeat Business and he cares about what he does for his customers. Did a test to see what the problem was and fixed it for us right away. They called around to several places to get the right parts. He even topped off my washer fluid for free. I've had my car inspection done there. Quickly in and out with no appointment. My air in my tire kept getting low and I just pulled in one day. If you're miles away, that's still the BEST place to take your car to. I took my car to a shop in Watertown and described to the mechanic that I had an oil leak in the car and also my transmission was acting out. The mechanic took a whole 30 seconds to get inside the car and his diagnostic was that the transmission was blown and quoted the repair in $2,800.00 I had my car towed to Andrade's shop for a second opinion. He replaced 2 transmission lines and $130 later my car was back on the road. I've seen foreign and domestic cars at the shop and happy customers walking out of there. BTW, he might not be able to take you in in that very second you get there, the shop is ALWAYS busy, but call it in , he will listen and work with you. Good Luck,

Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they "don't have time" even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He's clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to "be nice to his employees" if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told "I don't even have time to check." Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn't care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for tires. This is the worst tire shop I've ever encountered.
