We are so happy with the work that Yobany and his crew provided. We expanded our driveway, added an offset pedestrian path on the other side and also poured a side-yard pad for our trash cans and future AC unit. Yobany and his crew worked hard and got the work done faster than expected to try to dodge the rain and the end resut was amazing. His crew was very polite and respectful cleaning up well at the end of each day. The crew also kept me informed and talked me thorugh some design elements regarding slope and elevation changes that I didn't think of; they want to do the job right and not just go on autopilot and collect their money. So happy with Jobany and his crew. I found their yelp page, called Jobany and he answered right away and came out to give me an estimate the next day. I needed concrete done in my front and backyard the quote was the best price I received from out of 5 others(all on yelp). It was so good that I asked Jobany to give me a price on a blockwall between my house and my neighbors. That too was a great deal that my neighbor agreed to go in on half. The guys came on Thursday August 10th 2017 to demo the old concrete, dig the trench for the wall and no joke, the next day, Friday had the wall finished by 4pm. I was thoroughly impressed, as so were many of my neighbors. The next Monday the rest of the demo to prep for the layout and concrete. This was a big job as you can see by the photos. By Thursday August 17th, concrete was poured. They followed my design plan that I had drawn up and made my dreams come true. I've been waiting for 20 years to get this done and I am so happy with it that I literally cried when it was finished. This group of guys are sweet and super hard workers. They work so well together, it's a well oiled machine. They really bust out the work and do it well. You will not be disappointed. Yobany is the man. I had to do an entire demolish of my mothers huge backyard and it was no easy task since it looked like the Vietnam Jungle back there (concrete pond, concrete slab, huge trees). Yobany was very easy with the estimate and his pricing was very fair. The issue I came across with other contractors was the were going to be subcontracting because they could not handle it all (demo, concrete, electrical, patio). Anyways, Yobani put in about 2,000 sq. ft. of grass and 3,000 sq. ft. of concrete. He hooked up the proper drainage to flow out onto the street, sprinkler systems, and valves. I turned to Yelp for reviews of a company that would remove an RV driveway, install a block wall where the RV gate once stood and to demo and replace a concrete patio and walkway. All told it required 1000 square ft concrete demo and remove, and replace 500 sq ft with patio and walkway and build a section of wall, add another later to the fence. Yobany quoted me a great price and started work the next morning. 48 hours later the job was complete, the yard was clean and i was in awe. Great works at a very fair price. Yobany was courteous, on time and very easy to work with. We had an estimate for several items for the front yard: demolishing and putting in a new driveway, new carport with decomposed granite, new fence and wall and also irrigation and electrical lines. He and his crew showed up every day and finished them in less than a week. We had a few changes along the way and Yobani was very accommodating. We had originally planned 2 big strips of pavers on the sides of the driveway. When the pavers arrived and the colors were not what we expected (not Yobany's fault, as brochure color was misleading), we decided to go with a different design. We had to pay a little extra for the work/materials, but it was fair and done with good quality.
