So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more. Fine. I go and pick up my car and I notice that:  A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on it  B) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up, he hangs up on me. Shady business practices, don't bother going here for any car issues.

They also charged an additional $500 to license the vehicle and promised to refund the overage, this has not been done. It only cost $28.00 for the license. They also charged me an additional $500 for a second key fob. What luxury vehicle only comes with a single key fob? These folks are as slimy as they come! They are the lowest of low. They have zero morals, ethics and lie, lie, lie. The fat finance guy promised to buy dinner when I was there only to come up with a cold cheese pizza and bottle of water, this idiot didn't even spring for a topping on the pizza. What a joke. Lastly, when I take the vehicle in for an emissions test the plug does not work. I have to take it to the Maserati dealership and they charge me for 2 hours of labor to find out that the wantagh dealership put a tracker on the vehicle. They were paid in full for the vehicle so they should have removed such a device but it simply shows what type of dealership they are. You know, buy here, pay here so that I can overcharge for a vehicle and then track it if you miss a payment. They take advantage of people. Please do not patronize this establishment. They charged me over $900 to fix the leak, but when I got the car back it was still losing coolant. So I brought it back and they told me it was a fan issue an they fixed it. In a couple days my cars engine was completely destroyed and the car broke down on the high way. So I brought it to a another mechanic and they told me it looked like the oil was never changed and the leak was my head gasket. Which is easy to diagnose. So basically j&p auto was just robbing me this whole time and never doing any actual work on my car. Honestly, I'd stay away from them.

Since I do some ride sharing and food delivery occasionally, I went with the Goodyear Comfortred Touring tires which give you a smoother ride than other tires. I also like that they had an 80k like warranty on them with all the driving I do. Also getting an oil change as well. I chose to wait, as it shouldn't take long. There is a seating area which has a gumball machine and an ATM, along with ample seating. The Optimum WiFi signal is strong here since they are right on 110. So if you're an optimum or altice customer, you should be able to access it for free as long as you know your login credentials. The bathroom is also very clean. Decent quality toilet paper too which is greatly appreciated. There is a diner within walking distance, as well as several fast food places if you want to grab a bite while waiting for your vehicle. There is even a Halal take out place right across the street at the Gulf station. Once again, my favorite auto mechanic shop around. They have always treated us fairly and efficiently. We have never had any "surprises" here. Highly recommended by my entire family.
