Absolutely incredible experience. I went from never having been to the tasting room to going twice in two weeks! To say I am obsessed with the wine, the ambiance, the staff, and the connection to the region is an understatement. I need to give the biggest shoutout to Logan who went out of their way to ensure me and my girlfriends had the full Mural City rundown as first timers. We opted to sit at the bar so we could get flights. I went with a more funky flight (as decided by expert Logan) and also got to try a bunch of my friends rose flight as well. I really enjoyed everything but we all agreed on loving the Sauvvy B. Mural City utilizes grapes within a 300 mile region. We also got to take a look at the backroom where the magic happens. They are clearly about to burst out of their space and I am so excited to see the amazing blends they have coming and how the business continues to evolve. I will be back for bottles and sips with friends! The garden is also a beautiful space to enjoy on the weekends.

Everything about this place was so esthetically pleasing lol. The warehouse feel showing the equipment was so modern and fly, the furniture and decor was amazing. My favorite wine was the rose and the red sangria. So delicious and refreshing. The bites were tasty and different. I look forward to heading back and enjoying this space again!

Yes! Check this place out! Try a flight. Buy a glass, hang out. Very casual relaxed vibe. The servers, owner, staff, winemakers are all very approachable and knowledgeable. We went in September when it was still quite warm and the big front door was open. They have bar stools tables and couches, so whatever you decide, you will feel at home. You can see the barrels and fermentation tanks.

Definitely my new favorite spot in fishtown. Bottles of wine go for $45 including tax and tip, and you can spend endless time hanging here with any size group of friends. The bartenders were very nice, and we loved the Brooklyn-style warehouse vintage ambiance. I'd love to come back for a wine tasting!

The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. We came in on a Monday and Logan (and everyone else!) was great!! They were so fun to chat with, and clearly know their stuff. Such a great addition to the neighborhood.

I didn't actually get many pictures of the space or wine, but I loved this place!!!! We went for my friend's birthday one Friday night and it was very comfortable and casual, we had a table big enough for 8 people with seats. The staff was very friendly and helpful picking wines. I like sweet wine so the wine wasn't actually my favorite because there weren't any sweeter options, but I had the rosé and it was good, I just don't usually go for dry wine. We ordered food from the QR codes on the table and the food was VERY good. I got tacos, one order of bone marrow and one vegetarian one with tots! Both super delicious. And they brought out hot sauce for us to put on top which was tasty! At one point they brought out an additional free tostada, which is the picture included. So sweet and nice They change out their chefs, so if you go more than once you could have a different menu which is cool! Check their IG for which chef/food they have. We told them it was our friends birthday and they brought out an Oreo cheesecake and they also gave us "shots" of this sweeter wine mixed with something, I'm not sure what it was but it was delicious and a super nice gesture, which we didn't expect. Not much to 'wine' about here at mural city cellars!

Despite that, our server, Dennis, was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. He treated us with so much care and respect that you would have thought we had ordered the entire menu. You don't always receive that level of hospitality, especially when you're a large group taking up a significant table and not ordering a ton, so I especially appreciated how genuinely welcoming Dennis was. The food was also fantastic. Definitely order the grilled potato salad and the rotisserie chicken with the Peruvian salsa verde. They were both delicious. We're just a short drive away, so we'll absolutely be back. Good food is easy to find, but genuine hospitality is much harder to come by. Dennis made our first visit to Picnic feel especially memorable, and we're already looking forward to returning.

We also got the Oysters Rockefeller, which were extremely good too. But lowkey... the star of the show was the chicken sliders!! I completely forgot to take a picture of them, but if you see them on the menu, PLEASE get them. You won't regret it. The fries with the aioli were really good too, they reminded me of those crispy fries you get at the beach, which I loved. The drinks were probably the only thing that didn't wow us. The cocktails were a little too sweet for our liking, but definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall, really nice spot with cool vibes, great oysters, delicious food, and pretty good service. We'd definitely come back, especially for those $2 oysters and chicken sliders!

Our waitress actually let us sample a few of the wines, since we couldn't decide! This was awesome and so rare these days, but a definite plus for any "wine bar". That being said, the food was really underwhelming. The highlight for me was the tuna crudo, which was so flavorful, creative, and absolutely melted in my mouth. The carrots were also really good. The pastas, however, which the place is known for, lacked flavor. The menu descriptions seemed super unique and innovative, but when the dishes arrived, they were seriously lacking. I really did come here for the pasta, and since the meal wasn't exactly cheap, I don't think I'll be rushing back.

We did the tasting menu for $55 a person which is a really good deal considering it consists of two appetizers, three pastas and two desserts, which basically means you're getting an additional pasta (and maybe app) for the $$ you were going to pay anyways. Service was impeccable and I loved that changed out the plates and silverware for every course, especially because some of the sauces were thick.

Huge bar, giant wall of liquor bottles, dim lighting, and a cool old-school vibe. I told the bartender that ordering a beer in a place like this felt like I was insulting him. He laughed and told me not to worry about it. The drink special was called "Naked and Famous," which honestly sounded like the perfect cocktail to order in honor of Jen. But then I spotted a dark beer on the menu that sounded too good to pass up. If you follow me, you know I'm slowly becoming a dark beer guy. I liked it a lot. The sandwich special was a cheesesteak. Sorry, I should've taken a picture of the menu. But I really enjoyed it, and for $18 it came with a mountain of seasoned fries, which feels like a bargain these days. Bomb Shell: the two people working absolutely crushed it. I don't know if they were understaffed or if Monday night got busier than expected, but they were working their tails off the entire time. Even with that, they stayed polite, friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating to the guy carrying around a mannequin. Great visit to Sassafras!

The food here is also very solid. The cheese steak and the burger are both delicious though the burger might take the #1 spot. I love vibes of the place and find myself relaxing and sipping a lovely drink while staring at the beautiful tiled walls. The quality is high and the prices decently low

Seemed that we were the only patrons and felt like we'd interrupted the staff's break time. While the decor is gorgeous, the energy definitely didn't feel warm, welcoming, or like a place we'd want to return. The pasta was fresh, cheese was plentiful, and the rabbit was shredded like chicken. My partner felt there should have been more meat but I enjoyed it. For two cocktails and one pasta (rabbit) it cost us $87. OK cocktails paired with good pasta. All in all, not worth the price point for the experience of feeling like you're an inconvenience.

Everything here is family style so make sure you order multiple plates. My only gripe about this place was that the plates are really small even for family style and kind of pricey so you end up ordering more. Appetizers - Crispy octopus and foccacia. So good! I'm not a huge fan of octopus but it literally just tasted like calamari with some puree on the side that tasted so good. Main dishes - Margherita pizza... my fav thing that we ate here. So much flavor and yet still so crunchy. For pastas we ordered the fustilli which was like a bowtie pasta with tomato sauce and basil. We also ordered the carbonara which was cooked suuuper al dente and was tasty; it was on the saltier side. As for the mains - flat iron steak and branzino.
