I drove it for three months and it started to act up; I took it to a mechanic who found most of the original issues were not fixed which caused the problem. I contacted Brickell's service department and was told I was outside of their "Customer Support" window, and I should speak to my salesman. I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.

Last year I scheduled a visit because I was having an issue with the cigarette lighter. Rather than investigate the cause they replaced the fuse with the backup in my car and made no record of the results of my appointment. Now I'm experiencing a similar issue, despite barely using it but my car is no longer under warranty and they want to charge an outrageous amount of money to do diagnostics that they didn't do last year. Eros claims that I didn't come in because they didn't properly record it even though I still have the text message confirming me scheduling the appointment and a message from their sales department following up about my visit to discuss selling the vehicle! Something is really sketchy that they aren't properly recording issues and visits. I asked to see other records and they also hadn't noted other concerns I had about my car in the past. Overall I would not recommend Mazda in general, especially not at this dealership and service center. They don't value customers. I've had to wait a long time after a scheduled appointment. They don't have a nice place to wait while your vehicle is being worked on. They way overcharge for oil changes and they recently switched from Alto to Lyft for ride pick up which is harder to self manage making getting to and from the dealership more annoying. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Along with that, I've constantly reached out and tried to get the documents showing the vehicle was traded in, no response. They never gave hard copies of the contract and instead sent it all through an email. Fast forward to now, combing through every single email and it is nowhere to be found. THEY RETRACTED THE DOCUMENTS!!!! I'm in talks with my attorney and I'm one highly motivated person when it comes to being fucked over. Not to mention, its value is way less than what they said the "best" price they could get me was. 28k vs. actual value of 19k.
