They able to get our car in right away, diagnose the problem--a faulty sensor, get the part from another location, fix the issue, and get us back on the road in just over two hours. Instead of waiting in the shop, one of the guys drove us to a local diner so we could have breakfast. Not only was it incredible service, but they only charged us for the part and a half-hour of labor! I almost feel like we were lucky to have the problem in Onalaska so we could receive the excellent service from Dee's Auto Care Specialists.

I heard the phone call to set the appointment where he asked about oil change cost AND if they rotate tires, a brand they sell but we didn't buy there, which was disclosed on phone call, and was told 'yes, they would rotate them for free if he got oil changed. He did not ask when he dropped car off as we thought it was 'already determined'...then was charged $24. The staff on duty was not willing to adjust it. Well, thanks. DISCOUNT TIRES will rotate your tires for free even if you aren't buying a service or item from them. Update next day. Manager was contacted and agreed. It will be refunded.

These ppl could not get alternator fixed on my car about 4-5 yrs ago. it may have had something to do w/car bt radio I had installed in May2021. I may never know now they stole my car cuz local pd called them to tow it. After calling DMV 3-4x now, I find out Dons towing reported as salvage as of 10/18/2024, yet it's still titled to me, what?! I know and all the hardship added to my life because of this, is insane! They never work arrangement w/me after I went into business Idk 5-6x once I realized it was towed. Dees is an absolute scam and I got my car done by a shop in Westby and they fixed everything that Dees said they would but for half the price while also being very transparent about what they're fixing and what I will be paying. Again do not go here, find a place out of the college town so you don't get scammed.
