We also had some mosaic thresholds in joying areas to the solid cherry floors. They installed the concrete board underpayment as well. That was in 2010. The second job was in 2017 with two bathroom and a Landry area remodel. The materials were mostly Italian porcelain including molding. A smoother texture porcelain that looks like limestone with fossils for shower area walls, and about 1 1/2" to 2" naturally flat smooth river stone for shower floors. The grout was all epoxy type which has held up very well. Eg it still looks brand new. They used the Schluter Systems Kerri / Ditra underpayment for this effort plus concrete for the showers. The sub flooring for the whole home is 3/4" marine grade plywood. Excellent system that basically provides a waterproof seal for all three rooms. THe third job just finish in October 2021 was a renovation of our fireplace. We selected a separate company for providing the wrought Iron door and screen. Covenant did all the demolition and installation of travertine stone stack for the wall and hearth face and used the limestone for the hearth top (left overs from the living and dining) job. The work came out outstanding. Ben Baker and his team have a definite proven record with us through over a decade of verity's remodeling jobs using three different types and applications of stone and porcelain. Mug said. We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird. Don't trust this guy, he does horrible work.

Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule. Initially we thought we would paint existing 1980's cabinets and try to match them with something similar to add more. They showed us what they could offer, and were entirely low pressure and patient. David came out to measure and created a design. We worked together to modify it and decided to buy new cabinets we were so thrilled with the design. There was a modification needed and they custom built a wine cabinet. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived as scheduled. The installers said two weeks to demo, take out a wall, drywall and install the cabinets. They completed right on schedule. They also noted a slight flaw in one of the cabinets and replaced it.
