There is nothing good or VIP about Josh and his company Murray Services. It was a clown show and failures of epic proportion. Charged $11k to install automated horse waterers and all the basic connections leaked and weren't installed properly, charged $30k for whole home halo systems one house system was backwards, the other home we had it had never worked after we had Holloway Pumbing come in and fix all of his mistakes. Josh is a liar doesn't have licensed people working for him and should not have a license to do any kind of plumbing. Murray Service Company - Lies lies and more lies - Water Heater Installation/Repair Near Me - Boerne, Texas

I'm extremely disappointed with this company's customer service after my installation. Prior to installation and before they received payment; the service was outstanding. They communicated with me daily and installed my new water softener without issue. However, the new unit was installed several inches forward from where the old one was placed, and it now blocks my ability to work on my workbench. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and asked if they could simply come back to correct their mistake. I even sent a photo showing exactly why it needed to be moved. I had always dealt with "Joshua", who is the manager and he was easy to talk to and seemed to get things done. I received the follow up call from "Joe", who Instead of taking responsibility, told me it would take three weeks for someone to come out and I would be charged $199 an hour for them to fix their own error. Rather than acknowledging an obvious oversight, they chose to shift blame and offer excuses. I requested a supervisor call me, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Good companies stand behind their work; this one clearly does not. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to make things right is a stark contrast to the customer service I received before payment. I will not be using their services again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and takes pride in doing the job correctly. read more

Disappointed in Murrary Services - Do not provide them with a credit card unless you are okay with it being charged without your permission. Murray Services was working on two jobs for me - plumbing hookups and trim in a small apartment. First Job - half the payment was due up front which I paid via a credit card. When the job was complete, I asked Felicia if I could pay with a check. She did not want me to pay with a check and instantly charged my credit card that she stored on file without my permission. Second job was initially a $900 trim that became an $1800 after a few very minor adjustments. The job was done quickly, and I received a call from Josh that the job was complete, and payment was due immediately. I was out of town at this time and told him my wife would be home soon to confirm the job was complete and to write him a check for the work. Josh claimed my wife had confirmed the job was complete (my wife was not even home at this time) and refused to wait for my wife to write a check later that day. Josh and Felicia became aggressive about receiving payment that instant, which resulted in Felicia instantly charging my credit card for the full amount without my approval. When I got home a couple days later, the job was far from complete. Now Josh Murray will not return my calls or text to come out and finish the work. Josh's contracts say money is due upon completion, but the work is still not complete, and he has already paid himself in full with my credit card he stored on file without authorization. read more

There is no one better then these guys. I bought a run down fixer upper a few years back and soon after moving in I managed to rip the shower head off the wall. Jacob came and fixed it that day and I have trusted him with every plumbing related thing I've needed done for 4 years now. I'm the kind of person that wants something done the correct way the first time, not just slapped together the in the cheapest/incorrect way. I hate having to have something redone in 5 months, and it ends up being more expensive in the long term. The value, level of professionalism, honesty, cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality of work makes me feel at ease spending the money and knowing it's gonna be done the correct way. He replaced a badly leaking shower cartridge that was in the wall, he has repaired all my toliets, replaced faucets, replaced my 38 year old water heater with a new Rheem, installed a garbage disposal in both my old house and replaced one in my new home, unclogged my sink that had 40 years of grease dumped down the drain and the sinks at my new house that I accidently clogged. When the big Texas freeze happened, I had to quickly leave my house because I have reptiles and I needed electricity and when I returned home every single pipe in my house had burst. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I seriously was able to go back home 3 days later to a completely repiped house because of his incredible hard work. I can't say enough about these guys and I am a *very* particular person.
