Should have listened to an acquaintance who told me to stay far away from these guys. Of course they were super attentive when I was considering buying the van, but the minute the deal was done, the dealer disappeared. When Van was finally delivered over a month later, we took it on a trip to California. 1100 miles on the sprinter and the pulley for the alternator sheared off the 4 bolts in the crankcase. Of course, it wasn't their fault and had to ship the car to Indiana where apparently they build the coach. It's been two months now and literally have no idea what is going on because I can't get ahold of both the place in Indiana where it's getting fixed, nor the dealer. Also haven't received any paperwork to register it, and dealer won't get back to me about it. If you find a vehicle you just can't live without, and a guy named Kris is your dealer then ask for someone else. His nickname is "the legend", and it's not because of anything positive. read more

I purchased a 2021 Mercedes Metris van from Luxury Auto Collection that was represented and sold to me as being in "perfect condition." What I actually received was a vehicle with serious defects -- broken glove box, electrical problems, poor upholstery, paint and body issues, and overall substandard build quality. From the start, I raised these concerns directly with the dealership, providing photos, videos, and detailed documentation. Instead of resolving the problems, the dealership offered inadequate "fixes," stalled repeatedly, and is now trying to deny responsibility despite their own prior emails and involvement. This has been an exhausting and unacceptable experience. The vehicle was clearly misrepresented, the sales tactics were misleading, and the dealership has refused to take meaningful corrective action. We are now moving forward with litigation and will be filing formal complaints with the Arizona Attorney General and other regulatory authorities. Consumers deserve honesty and accountability, and in my experience Luxury Auto Collection has provided neither. I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with this company. read more

Do Not Buy A Luxury Car From Luxury Auto Collection (LAC) Me and my husband purchased a 2019 Ferrari from LAC and it has been a nightmare. Their lack of understanding of high end vehicles and practice of deception to cover their ineptness is unbelievable. The vehicle was delivered from Scottsdale to our home in Henderson, Nevada Key Points Two remote keys were delivered with the car, tightly wrapped in packing tape. I inspected the car and the car started, no issue. Later, upon unwrapping the remotes, I found that one of the valet key blades were missing and the other valet key blade did not fit the door or ignition. I am confident the keys were wrapped in tape to deceive the issue. A battery tender is standard equipment with a Ferrari. Upon delivery it was not present. Another deception. LAC stated that the car had been recently serviced and everything was up to date. The day after delivery the check engine light came on with a service inspection recommendation I have requested all fully executed documents from LAC, to date they have ignored the request.   These issues have raised concerns for my vehicle's security, as someone else has both valet key blades. Additionally, LAC tried to pacify the issue with the battery tender, by sending me a used battery tender Not to my surprise, the battery tender did not work, putting the battery's condition at risk. Currently, Las Vegas Ferrari is servicing the vehicle and has confirmed the issues as legitimate. I have promptly notified LAC about these issues, hoping for a quick resolution's. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues with the dealership staff, I have been met with delays and unfulfilled promises and to date, no response on any of the above mentioned issues, which has led me to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General and potentially seek legal counsel under AZ statute 44-1267 and 28-4412 read more

I sold a car to LAC and sent not one but two titles to them (original and a requested duplicate). They lost both... They requested a third title saying they were going to get fined for not having a clean title to give to the new owner (they sold the car quickly). I chose to help....didn't have to since I had copies of the titles I sent, but I used 3rd party title search company since CA DMV was going to make me wait 45 days to ask for a "third" duplicate title. They promised to reimburse me immediately....and after sending the title and several conversations and emails to their buyer.....no reimbursement. Just your normal scumbag car dealer. Bought an used Rolls Royce Ghost, received it without the Spirit of Ecstasy. I was promised a replacement but months has passed and I moved to another state, brought it to RR and was quote 10k to replace the whole thing as it's broken and someone tried to superglue it back!! No solution provided and the saleman Alex ghosted me. Horrible experience. Recently purchased a brand new Mclaren directly from the brand to avoid this kind of problem. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Cannot believe that I did not write a review after I received my car. So spent months looking for a well optioned blue R8 spyder with the facelift and LAC had just what I wanted in stock. Deal was done over the phone and car shipped to me without even an inspection. They have that sort of reputation from friends of mine who have bought there before. Very easy to come to a proper and acceptable price. Even helped me get the shipping finished basically on Christmas and got me extra docs when California was being weird about the registration. I can not say enough good things about them. I dealt with slim and the finance department mostly and seriously compared to buying other exotics this was painless. BUYER BEWARE. This is a high end dealer and you would expect high end service. To my dismay my purchase was far from pleasant, On 11/20/24 I purchased a Mclaren 650S and was delighted whwn I asked about shipping to So. Cal and was told that theywould take care of the shipping as a courtesy. Great start, After sending in a wire transfer for the purchase I was happilyt waiting when I got a call from the dealership that the car was on its way and I was to pay the shipper $500 for the shipping (Oh, well no big deal). When the Mclaren arrived the windshield was completely destroyed by wind, sandbalsting? covered with too many pits to cpunt- Definitely a "deal buster" if it had been disclosed-IT WAS NOT. THere was only 1 key, not the usual two, no battery maintainer as listed on the build sheet. Well, maybe the dealer would address the issues. THe saleaman tried to work with me but he was unable to address the windshield (4-5K at Mclaren) nor would the company reimburse for shipping as promised. In February of 2023 I purchased a 2012 Lamborghini Aventor. Everything was great until they received the full deposit. After that I experienced huge communication issue with all departments, they owe me $ 950,00 based on a discrepancy from the money requested from the down payment and the actual financing agreement. The vehicle declared in perfect condition was delivered with check engine light on. Now six weeks after the purchase they are not responsive, no refund was sent after several " we are looking into the matter " and the check engine light issue was not addressed even after they stated that they will stand behind.
