Especially since prices are not great discounts anymore. Sometimes running to Tory Burch outlet is a better deal than the plastic knock offs K&k in dsw. They told me I could not return them as the package had been opened, so after I left I checked their policy online, and you can in fact return open packages of socks, as long as they do not show signs of wear and you have the original opened packaging. It took a long time to even be greeted by the salesperson. When the gentlemen did help, there was a major difference in how I was serviced versus the previous client. I felt like my presence was annoying despite knowing exactly what I wanted. When you plan on spending $200 on shoes, service matters. The overall goal was accomplished, I received a quality shoe. After finding several pairs of shoes I was interested in - I saw there were none out on the shelves in my size - so I asked for help. A young man came over to help me - I told him which three pairs I was interested in - 11.5 Wide. So he says to me: 10.5 Wide - right? No. I reiterate I want 11.5 Wide. He goes in the back and comes out with a pair in 10.5 Wide for one style, and 11.5 Wide in another. No - please - listen to me! I'm not sure what this kid's problem was, but he tells me no more shoes in that size. I try on the one that he did bring out in 11.5 Wide - Bingo! They fit and are comfortable! So I find another pair I want them to check on - this time I am not interacting with Einstein, I find a pleasant young lady named Kelly to help me. She checks - and no - nothing is available. Had never been to the South Riding store before and they were busy when we entered. Went to look around and while we were doing so, in different parts of the store both my son and I were offered help. I met Ansel the store manager, who went above and beyond. I had on my older Clifton 9's. I shared with him my concerns over the Clifton 11 vs other Hoka models. Ansel explained the differences to me and while others would walk away, Ansel asked me my size and brought out three different models for me to try on.
