Stopped by for lunch and I was very impressed! They have great deals for lunch from 11:30-3pm. The salmon nigiri was my favorite! The servers were very inviting and consistently checked up on our table. I will say the fish here is very fresh and affordable but I wish the rice on the California roll was softer. I have to try the Thai food next! The bill came out to $39 for two people

Service and pickup were great. Got the Volcano roll. Good size roll with a lot of topping. JB was a little on the small side . Salmon pieces were very small. Average if that.

Okay let me be honest ... we were planning to get Thai at another restaurant, but there was a long wait and we were hungry. One member of our dining party noticed this place as we were along federal highway so he looked them up and gave them a call. There was a table available, so we went over. The place is small but pleasant. The staff were nice enough and seated us right away. The downside - and the reason I rounded down to three stars - was that it appeared as though one waitress was covering the entire restaurant by herself. So it was a little slow to get tea, to take orders, and then to bring our bill. It was just enough of a nuisance where I decided to make it 3. Now about the food: my expectations weren't too high because many times doing sushi and Thai means that both are average. But that was not the case. We stuck to Thai and had a curry and a pad Thai (in my humble opinion the quality of the pad Thai says a lot about the restaurant). Both dishes were pretty good. The green curry had a lot of flavor and plenty of fresh vegetables. The pad thai looked like it might be oily but it was not, and the sauce was a very pleasant level of savory and sweet. I have to say I was impressed with the food overall.

I can't believe I forgot to write my review! Always happy staff, always great food. I love sitting outside it's very peaceful (minus the bar next door) but the don't forget you are outside like most places. I have yet to sit at the bar but Musashi has become my go to place since I've moved to the area.

When you come in, they're very inviting their ass immediately. Would you like to sit inside or outside. The customer service was excellent. I used to come here on my lunch break in the past and I knew they had very good Tom Kai soup. I'm a bit under the weather and the soup was just what I needed. I had the right amount of spice right amount of heat. I like the fact that the waitress asked if I wanted vegetables in it because I told her I don't eat meat. So many years has passed by since I have come here and their customer service is still amazing.

A chilly day like today calls for some hot soup. I had Musashi bookmarked for some time now and thought today would be just right to check them out. The restaurant was located in a small strip plaza along Federal Highway offering both Thai and Japanese cuisine. There wasn't much people inside and I could already feel a sense of serenity as the hostess allowed me to sit at any available table. Instantly a friendly female server approached the table and asked if I wanted something to drink. I kindly declined and told her that all I wanted was some hot wonton soup. When the server arrived with my wonton soup, I could not wait to dig in. It contained pieces of chicken, scallions, carrot, broccoli, and three wontons in a rich flavorful broth. It most definitely hit the spot, down to the last spoonful. The server came around and asked if I would like anything else. I thought for a second (still in foodie bliss over that delicious soup) and ordered a California roll. It was freshly prepared and also delicious. Less sodium soy sauce was provided for dipping, adding flavor without being too salty. Though I didn't order much, it was satisfying and was at a reasonable price. My server was nice and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'm intrigued on trying their fried rice next time.

Left to right: TGIF roll, Tuna Yukki Roll and Mexican roll. The star of the show was the tuna yukki roll. Tuna yukki was so fresh and perfectly doused in dressing. Service was prompt. Server recommended all three rolls which were delicious. Very quaint location.

Super delicious food, great vibey ambiance and exceptional customer service. Found a regular spot in our neighborhood. Highly recommend checking it out!

Great little family owned sushi spot. Pretty clean. Good solid fare with cute outdoor seating.

We ordered so many rolls, they put them on a boat.

I've selfishly hesitated on writing this review because the sushi is so good and priced fairly that I hope to not see them raise their prices. ;) There are plenty of sushi and roll options. The fish is fresh and the rolls are a nice size. They don't scrimp here. We've also enjoyed the weekday lunch specials as well. Lots to choose from on the menu whether you're in the mood for Japanese or Thai. The miso soup is wonderful as well! The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy breezy. Staff are friendly (especially the sushi chefs) and attentive. We've been here at least 4x since finding this place on Yelp and everything has been consistent. This is our new sushi place when the craving kicks in.

Is there indoor comfortable seating.? Handicapped so tiny metal chairs are not good. Booth seating? The reason I ask is so if I need to I can use my walker with a seat. TY!

Yes! Most of their tables have decent padded chairs, and they do have some booths.

We weren't planning on lingering, we hadn't even finished our drinks yet, so it felt a little rushed. The service was spot on and they truly appreciated our business. We were looking for a comfortable place to have a quiet Thai meal (friend's request) and this was perfect. I liked the brightly colored tables. Someone who ordered take out decided to stay and eat in after seeing the nice little dining area. Don't let the outside fool you (small strip mall). Their English is a bit limited but the sandwich board in the dining area has very specific info. When I asked if they had pork soup buns, the waitress suggested a soup (she heard pork soup). I agreed to the soup anyways (with pork ribs floating) and it was yummy with lemongrass and other interesting flavors. A bit messy to get the meat out of the soup and off the bone but the meat was very tender. My friend and I split a meal and it was just the right amount of food. Neither of us could pinpoint the spices. Who cares, it was delicious. I never take food photos but Yelpers always request them so I have included some. The presentation of the yummy salad with cabbage standing straight up deserved a photo. My guess is anything you get here will not disappoint. Give them a try!

This is absolutely going to be a part of our rotation for top asian-fusion eats in Fort Lauderdale. Our group of 4 was quite impressed - from the warm service (shout out to Chino), beautifully plated dishes, to the flavors that hit every note from comfort to creativity. In fact, our female friend actually said while most asian restaurants we've introduced them to were very good, this place is by far the BEST of all! We started with 2 orders of grilled chicken skewers - perfectly charred, tender, and lightly sweet from the marinade, that came with a bright cucumber-tomato salad and the creamy peanut sauce that tied everything together. The Bangkok Wings topped with crunchy onions was a standout--so juicy inside. The Tom Kha soup with chicken was comfort in a bowl. Velvety coconut broth, mildly spicy with fresh herbs and mushrooms that soaked up all that flavor. For mains, the Mixed Seafood Pad Thai was just out-of-this world! That was super delish - it had the classic balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. Loved the thin, glossy and well-coated rice noodles. The Dynamite mussels was innovative. Creamy, lightly torched, topped with crispy tempura flakes, and beautifully presented. Loved the different textures in each bite. We also ordered a Four Seasons Specialty Roll which came with shrimp tempura, salmon, tuna and some type of white fish with asparagus and eel sauce. Yummo! The menu is huge and we will definitely be back to try more items. Check them out - absolutely worth a visit.

All were extremely tasty, perfectly seasoned and delicious. We loved the sauces they brought over. The ONLY thing I would say that I deducted a star for was the beef, as it was definitely overcooked and a bit chewy (they didn't ask how I'd like it cooked, but next time I would ask for it medium rare). Nevertheless, I was hungry so I ate all of it. But It was not "tenderloin-tender"...sauce was amazing, which kind of made up for it. I think we sopped up every last drop of that sauce.
