    Thai iced tea
    Sydney H.

We had been wanting to try Nour Thai for a while and finally made our way over. Parking was easy and free, which is always a plus. We were seated right away and immediately given water. The staff was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, constantly refilling our water glasses and checking in on us, which we really appreciated. The menus are on individual iPads, which was interesting, but I liked that each item had a picture to go along with the description. I ordered a Thai iced tea, and my friend ordered a cocktail with tequila, passion fruit, tamarind juice, and fee foam. My drink was good and strong, and hers was also really good, nice and tart, which we both enjoyed. For appetizers, we ordered the crispy money bags and the chor muang dumplings, and both were delicious. The crispy money bags, filled with sweet potato, onion, and curry powder and served with pineapple sauce, had a great crunch. The chor muang dumplings were especially surprising, in a good way. They contain shrimp and pork and are wrapped in a butterfly pea flower dumpling, which gives them their beautiful purple color. However, I wasn't expecting them to be sweet. The presentation was amazing as well. We split one entree, which was the pad see ew with chicken. It comes with flat noodles, Chinese broccoli, egg, and a brown sauce. It was delicious, the noodles held the sauce really well. My friend ordered a second drink, which we can't remember the name of, that she didn't enjoy as much. She found it a bit too sweet and didn't love the aftertaste. Overall, we enjoyed almost everything we tried. We weren't expecting so many dishes to have a hint of sweetness, but we'll definitely be back to try more.

First time trying Thai food and it was amazing! So flavoraful and not to mention beautiful! Also was my first time trying Osso Bucco and I'm in love. Cocktails were to die for as well. Wonderful friendly staff and quick service will definitely be back!

I stumbled upon Nour Thai Kitchen during one of my food hunts in Oakland Park, craving something ethnic and flavorful during the work day. I saw it was Highly rated on Yelp, and in an area I pass through 2-3x a week but never noticed it! It's tucked near the railroad tracks where all the small restaurants and shops cluster--not far from the Post Office. The place has both charming outdoor seating and a stylish indoor setup with a decent bar, creating a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I grabbed a seat outside and ordered a few Thai dishes, including some beautifully presented dumplings that were a stunning purple, and naturally colored by ground flowers the server showed me that were in a planter next to my outdoor table. The presentation was really impressive--Instagram-worthy for sure. The food itself was excellent- for a decent lunch special it's banging. Service was friendly and attentive, and overall it's a pleasant spot if you're in Oakland Park and want a nice setting to have a casual Thai meal. This is top-tier Thai in Oakland Park - North Ft Lauderdale. I will be a regular here esp with word getting out about Larb Thai these days. This place is a solid 4-4.5 stars.

Nour Thai is a beautiful, upscale restaurant with great presentation and very flavorful food. We started with the dumplings, and they were honestly some of the best I've tried -- both visually stunning and absolutely delicious. For mains, we ordered the Pad Thai and the Pad Cha, and both were very tasty with rich, authentic flavors. One warning: be careful with the spice level. We love spicy food, but the "hot" level (and the house hot sauces) were extremely intense -- definitely not for the faint of heart. The atmosphere is fancy, elegant, and perfect for a nice dinner. Service was friendly and polite, though a bit slow at times -- we had to wait a while for silverware and drink refills. Overall, excellent food and presentation in a beautiful setting. With a bit more attentive service, it would be truly outstanding.

I found out about Nour Thai through a TikTok influencer that highlights restaurants that are seed- oil free. Being a health conscious person and lover of Thai food I was very excited to try this restaurant. I checked out the website and the mission statement was both impressive and beautiful. I especially resonated with the line in the mission statement that read: "Every plate reflects our belief that Thai cuisine is more than a meal, it's an art form defined by balance, color, and emotion. We are proud to be recognized by the Royal Thai Government with the prestigious Thai Select Two-Star certification, honoring our dedication to authentic and exceptional Thai dining." So after my mom and I went to the beach we stopped by Nour Thai for the first time. It was a rainy day and we chose to sit outdoors. The rain hitting the roof covering was peaceful and relaxing. The servers were extremely attentive as well. The food was hot, spicy (like we like), and extremely flavorful. I ordered the Chor Muang as an appetizer and I wasn't sure what to expect. It was DELICIOUS. It had a sweet after taste that was really nice. My mom ordered the spring rolls and said they were very good as well. We ordered the spicy Thai rice and drunken noodles for our entree and both were delicious. This place exceeded expectations for us. I cannot wait to go back again! The art inside of the restaurant was beautiful as well.

Nour has quickly become my go-to Thai spot over the past few months. Honestly, I think it was love at first bite. The food is amazing! I'm obsessed with the Chor Muang dumplings . My server suggested adding a little cilantro inside and it really brings all the flavors together. I've also had the salmon salad, which was phenomenal, and the cockle salad, which was definitely different but still worth trying. Every visit so far has been a win, and the service is always top notch.

Excellent restaurant. My wife and I finally tried Nour. What an excellent restaurant. Service was great, the food was outstanding and very fresh and the restaurant has a great atmosphere and look. To start we had the Money bags and crispy pork belly. Both were excellent. Great flavors, nice presentation and nice portions. For dinner we had Pad Kee Mao and the Pad See Ew. Absolutely loved both dishes. That had such a great flavor, fresh taste and nice portions. Definitely a multiple return spot for Thai food.

Some girls dream of Birkins... I just want to spend my money making memories-especially the kind that involve amazing food. We stopped by for a bite, and it turned into such a memorable experience. Their signature dumplings are a must-try, but the real star for me was the Tom Kha soup-creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and the ambiance is welcoming. Highly recommend if you're in the area, and I'll definitely be back for more!

Visited Fort Lauderdale to see family and they had heard great things about Nour. We arrived and were seated quickly in a nice corner. I was meeting special people for the first time, so a quiet seat was important. Perfect place! Multiple members of the staff consistently checked on us to assure we had ever we needed, without being obtrusive. We started with the Money Bags and Chor Muang dumplings. Both expertly crafted and beautifully presented. I was not expecting a Samosa filling in the Money Bags, so the flavor wasn't quite what I was wanting, but they were delicious for what they were. The four of us ordered quite a lot, and we all loved the food, but I can only speak to what I ordered, the Green Curry. I was warned that the heat level when served, Medium, was quite spicy. While I usually order Thai Hot, I was sufficiently concerned by the warning and chose to start there. It DEFINITELY could have been hotter. I like spicy! We were served a spice tray also, but talking throughout the meal meant I never took the time to add spice. It was a lot of food, so I ended up taking half home and still enjoyed it later! Great, tasty and beautiful food in a gorgeous environment with top notch service. You can not go wrong here!

Great place to go with a beautiful decor. Parking is in the front and easily accessible to the restaurant. Seating is inside and outside with lush green foliage. The inside walls are also painted as beautiful murals. We stated off with the Chor Muang, our baby loved the outside, but the inside was a bit too spicy for her. Their spices are fresh so expect a bit of heat with your dish. The soup's broth was poured in by the server which I love because the crispy wanton crackers didn't get soggy before it got to me. The rice for the Gaeng has this beautiful purple sweat pea color. We wanted to have dessert, but we were too full. Extra bonus, this place has a 10% military discount year round!

My buddy wanted to come here for his BD so we came. Oh my goodness absolutely delicious!!! I totally enjoyed the decor the ambiance & most importantly the FOOD!!! Yes one of the best I've had! Not only authentic, but creative with their presentation & very colorful...like artwork! The area that is in is so cute, not far from Wilton Manors. I most definitely recommend & will be coming more often.

Okay, so the good things: the staff was nice and friendly. I liked the decorations and ambiance inside. Now let's get to why this is a 2/5. 1) I've had other Thai spots in the area and this spot is behind all of them. 2) all the meats were hard and chewy. Chicken, beef and pork were hard. 3) every dish had the seasonings off. It was either too sweet, or had weird aftertaste of cumin or nutmeg or some other spice that doesn't belong in Thai food. No one in our party liked our dishes because of the weird seasoning. 4) tip options START at 20% and go up to 30%. This isn't a place you leave 30%?? This is just offensive to even ask. This isn't Michelin place. The owner is insane for that. Maybe the owner put it at that because servers were faced with low tips because the customers didn't like the food. Either way that gotta go.

This is absolutely going to be a part of our rotation for top asian-fusion eats in Fort Lauderdale. Our group of 4 was quite impressed - from the warm service (shout out to Chino), beautifully plated dishes, to the flavors that hit every note from comfort to creativity. In fact, our female friend actually said while most asian restaurants we've introduced them to were very good, this place is by far the BEST of all! We started with 2 orders of grilled chicken skewers - perfectly charred, tender, and lightly sweet from the marinade, that came with a bright cucumber-tomato salad and the creamy peanut sauce that tied everything together. The Bangkok Wings topped with crunchy onions was a standout--so juicy inside. The Tom Kha soup with chicken was comfort in a bowl. Velvety coconut broth, mildly spicy with fresh herbs and mushrooms that soaked up all that flavor. For mains, the Mixed Seafood Pad Thai was just out-of-this world! That was super delish - it had the classic balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. Loved the thin, glossy and well-coated rice noodles. The Dynamite mussels was innovative. Creamy, lightly torched, topped with crispy tempura flakes, and beautifully presented. Loved the different textures in each bite. We also ordered a Four Seasons Specialty Roll which came with shrimp tempura, salmon, tuna and some type of white fish with asparagus and eel sauce. Yummo! The menu is huge and we will definitely be back to try more items. Check them out - absolutely worth a visit.

While service was just okay, the sushi itself stood out for all the wrong reasons. We ordered hot sake which tasted far too sweet and watered down. If not watered down, then the brand was far inferior to other house sakes offered locally. The smell inside the restaurant was very off putting and overpowering. We tried a typical JB Roll and a Lemon Drop Roll that the server recommended. Neither were great. The quality of the fish and flavor were just not there. The recommended roll's sauce was lemon based and while we had high hopes for it based on the description, it was just not enjoyable and we ended up leaving half of it and going to another restaurant across the way where we had a much more enjoyable experience with both the food and the service. Although we had visited Sushi Song in the past, it had been years since our last visit. I had really hoped to find another local go-to spot. However, the interior really needs some TLC and a deep clean, and the quality of the sushi unfortunately does not warrant a return visit.

I had a Cotes du Rhone (Alain Jaume, $12) that I thoroughly enjoyed. The menu is adequately sized, but I would not say it was extensive. If you are looking for your favorite Sunday eve dish, you may not find it here, but you won't have a problem if you can pivot to another preparation. Dishes ordered at my table were a spring roll, a house special wonton soup (very flavorful) and lobster dumplings for appetizers. If I can be nit-picky, I'd suggest that they change the size of their dishes to smaller plates and bowls. The food looked puny on the large stark-white plates without a garnish, but all the flavors were spot on, so does it really matter? I actually think it does because you can tell that the owners take pride in the details of their establishment. For entree's, we ordered a spicy shrimp dish (4 jumbo, crisp shrimps came in the order), a Grand Marnier crispy beef (4 large pieces), a house fried rice with nuggets of char siu pork, tender baby shrimp, white meat chicken, egg and vegetables and a special of wok fried string beans which was by far the standout of our meal. After supper, we ordered some tea. It was somewhat weak in flavor but that could have been our fault; we did not let it steep long enough. The waiter came by with a tray of delicious-looking cakes to choose from but we declined. Every person that we encountered was nicer than the next. The waiters were knowledgeable and paced our meal well. Prices are not inexpensive, and reservations are definitely suggested. They do takeout as well.
