All of the food we got was overcooked into the oblivion, and that's besides the laughable portion size. Their idea of a soup with "mixed seafood" is three little sad pieces of shrimp. To top it off, their calamari might as well be made of used tires, and I'm not sure if the worst part was the complete lack of flavor or how rubbery it was. This is such a great sushi spot. I frequent this restaurant at least twice a month because the service is impeccable and the sushi is always fresh! My go to sushi rolls are: The Hurricane Roll, the Red Dragon Roll, and of course, a Spicy Tuna Roll. We do both take out and dine in, which are both great. I'd recommend dining in for a cute date night experience. Take out is ready in under 30 minutes and is always packaged nicely. If you're in the area, stop in and give them a try. I used to eat in this plaza all the time because I worked next door at Lexus- I was surprised to see this was the place that took over Pad Thai which I liked until it started going downhill. I got the red curry, with chicken and it comes with rice. I am very impressed. It's got the perfect kick for me just from ordering it with no specifications- I was nervous after I ordered because I didn't say a heat preference but I'm happy with the default heat that they offer. Chicken is juicy, not dry and the portion size was perfect for lunch with the rice alongside. I will definitely be ordering from here again- their sushi and pad Thai are calling my name. read more

Ambiance was average. Ordered the chicken wonton which was very bland. The Mongolian beef was very good but cold and the side of white rice that came with it was cold as well. I told the waitress and the second plate came out just as cold. I asked to speak to the manager due to the food being cold twice and the waitress made it seem he was unavailable to speak to a paying customer. I thought there would be a minor adjustment to the bill but was charged full price for a cold dish. I have no problem paying but do something to accommodate your paying customers. Food flavors are really good my only issue was that yakisoba stir fried the meat was cold went everything else was warm I don't know is they pre cook the meat to speed things up I don't know but unfortunately it doesn't help the dish. I LOVE this place. It's my favorite local spot in this area. My favorite sushi rolls are the yellowtail lover and the sweetheart roll. I typically start with either sushi or the chicken wonton soup. What an amazing surprise this place was. We loved the previous owners and their recipes so when this restaurant turned over, we didn't go back until a friend of our said you gotta give them a try. We are so happy we did and their sushi was simply amazing! Best part of the rolls were they weren't super rice heavy and with a carb conscious person like me loved. We came for dinner and they were unexpectedly packed on superbowl night. They had a new chef so the kitchen was a bit slow, but these were minor quibbles. We were not in a hurry. Their menu is huge! 8 pages of Japanese and Thai offerings... and even a page of Korean dishes. It was not easy to choose what to order as many items sounded appealing. I started with their lobster island. It was a mix of lobster, flying fish eggs (tobiko), and kani (krab) in a ceviche like lime dressing/"sauce" all stuffed into a half peeled avocado. It was beautifully presented with an orchid flower and lime slice. And it was a delicious starter. My husband had their tom kha soup to start -- coconut milk and lemon grass broth with 4 shrimp, onions, and mushrooms. It was slightly spicy. Not too hot, but enough to give it personality. He liked his soup a lot. Following our starters, we had two basic sushi rolls: he had a salmon California roll. And I had a JB tempura roll which was salmon and cream cheese and scallions flash fried. It was larger than expected and exactly what I was in the mood for. Service was friendly. Two servers worked the entire room. And they were also doing a lot of takeout orders at the same time. This is a great new addition to the area. They should do very well here. Very rarely does a Sushi & Thai spot get the flavors & quality squared away when it comes to the sushi. Welp, this place does just that. I had the salmon belly which was phenomenal and the spicy tuna roll is everything I wanted it to be. The tuna was bold red with smooth texture, perfect. I also had their crispy bok Choy which was legit amazing. The Japanese Curry chicken was very VERY delicious, in fact I'm going to try it with beef next time. Their take out Red Curry is very different from any Thai Red Curry I had for the last 30+ years. Their "Medium" spicy rating is way too hot. The curry did not have any coconut milk, but was a clear sauce. Who's cooking back there? Some Chinese, Mexican or Jamaican chef? Never again. read more

I used to come to this place all the time when it was called "pad Thai" and it was my absolute favorite. So I was a bit confused when I came one day and it was renamed (although there is a pad Thai sign still in there). It was pretty empty when I went in and was able to get a seat very easily. The menu was nice and had a bunch of options and the lunch specials were great. I wound up getting a bento box and it was perfect. It has pad Thai, California rolls, edamame, gyozas... it was almost too much food! But so good. I'll definitely be back. read more

We went in the early afternoon. We were greeted and seated within a minute of entry by Bhabia. I ordered the red curry lunch special, tom ka and gyoza. My Wife ordered off the sushi menu. My salad part of the LS was very nice. the tom ka was spiced perfectly and tasted great very nice lemon grass notes. The red curry was again spiced perfectly I did not have to use the Thai chili powder I brought from my garden! The gyoza (pork) were crispy and delicious! I've been here several times before the name change. It was called Pad Thai before and it's one of my favorite lunch spots nearby work. I get their Pad Thai lunch special and their bento boxes. They give good portions and the food is always made fresh and tasty. Also they have pretty good selection of Sakes. This is a good spot for lunch or to-go. They're quick and the service is attentive.
