Say Hi to Thai Kan's Thai Restaurant in Miami was a wonderful spot for our dinner. We had a table booked for seven, and everything--from the service to the food--was handled beautifully. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is well decorated with a warm, inviting vibe, and its easy location with available parking made it convenient. We started with sushi and spring rolls, both fresh and nicely prepared. The flavors were clean, and the presentation was simple but appealing. The Thai iced tea was delicious and perfectly sweet, a great match to the rest of the dishes. For our mains, we ordered Panang curry, Dunkan noodles, and basil fried rice. Everything tasted good, but the standout dishes for me were definitely the Dunkan noodles and the Panang. The noodles had rich, satisfying flavors, and the Panang curry was creamy, aromatic, and comforting--something I would happily order again. We enjoyed and had fun . Overall, Kan's Thai delivered a truly enjoyable dinner. Good food, warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and a convenient location all came together for a great evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty Thai food in Miami.

Kan's Thai You were super fire Basically tucked in Like a hidden gem This place has one of the friendliest services So good, like what did I do to deserve this? Ordered the pad kra prow, beef jerky, dumpling and mango sticky rice Pad Kra Prow was good with a little bit more spice I would definitely go back If it is ever in my tracks

Absolutely love this classy Thai bistro...terrific food, ambiance and service. 5 star food: whenever trying a new Thai place, I always get chicken pad Thai. This one was terrific. Five star service. Service was outstandingly, friendly and very, very competent. Five star ambience. The dining room is very classy, the decor is soft and mellow and so is the lighting.

We stopped into this cute little place that has free parking. We were greeted when we walked in. We were then taken into a table with menus, and then he brought a our water as well. They have a nice lunch menu. I had the wonton soup which was very good. Had bean sprouts in it. I like that and then I had the steam shu Mei . G had the pad Thai. It looked as a nice size. We were checked on a few times wound up who greeted us and served us was the owner and his wife is in the kitchen and she was out delivering dishes too. Its nice to see a small family business doing well

This was an absolute great find. We were on our way to a different Thai location, however since they were such a long wait, we decided to venture out and find a different spot. Kans kitchen was near by so we went to check it out. When we arrived, there were still plenty of parking and many tables available however, as a time passed, tables got full pretty quickly and they also had a few tables reserved. This restaurant had very authentic vibes with some updated decoration. For starters we had the moo ping (pork skewers) and the pork dumplings. Both were very flavorful and arrived quickly. For main I had the crispy duck with basil sauce and came with white rice. The duck was indeed crispy, flavorful and juicy. The basil sauce I had it mild and it was super flavorful and not too spicy. The pineapple fried rice had shrimp and chicken and was also very good. Now we couldn't leave without trying the sticky mango rice for dessert which was really delicious as well. I would definitely recommend.

Authentic Thai cuisine with friendly staff and clean trendy looking restaurant. They offer lunch specials from 11 am to 3 pm of their popular entrees like pad Thai and curry dishes with a variety of protein choices for everyone. It's also great that they have many different options for papaya salad. Our server was gracious enough to note their spice levels are traditional Thai spicy levels so for me, even mild felt like a medium so beware of the hot levels! My lunch special came with a veggie spring roll, flaky outside and loaded inside. I had the pad see ew with beef. The noodles were squishy and cooked perfectly. It's lightly sauced but still full of flavor. It comes with stir fry egg broccoli and lots of tender beef slices. A good portion for the price. Great local spot for your Thai cravings!

Such a great discovery in my neighborhood. Kan's kitchen was just as delicious as the staff were polite. Such a quaint spot located just off of federal highway next to Dunkin. About 12-15 tables inside. The food was exceptional and the spice level was PERFECT.

I saved about 50%, but had to eat it at 11pm once we got home. That lime dressing is ADDICTIVE! Beware!

Definitely good Thai, will return to this clean, small location. Parking is behind or beside building. We made a last minute reservations for two. Got seat on partial bench, left side of restaurant. Nice lanterns. Service was a bit slow. Waitresses darted in/out, but often not taking orders. Then another couple sat, they were also looking around for help too. Let's talk food - the food is solid. Great find. Reasonable prices; will return. Excellent Thai flavors, on par with excellent nearby spots! If I had to rank this, next to my current favorites: this is 3rd on my Thai list: 1. Larb ( just won Michelin star, so over crowded; go early) 2. Gai Chicken and Rice (go early, super fresh, authentic menu, interesting new items) 3. Kan Thai:our first visit, so far so good It's solid Thai food, but we have a had a bit better in flavor with faster, more attentive service. Definitely happy!! Everything looked fresh, no weird smells in the air. We tried 4 dishes on first visit. A solid 3, not quite a 5. I would give the Papaya Salad a solid 4 of 5, due to flavor! Deep lime flavor is addictive! Stop by, it's small. They are " Open Table", make a reservation. If you cant get into Larb (go before it opens), then hit my runners up. Kan is a nice alternative to getting into those busier spots! Hope they work on their service. It's strange ti be seated, then wait 10 or 15 min just sitting as they buzz around helping other tables. Saw it happened multiple times, and they all had our blank looks "where are they?" Looking forward to stopping by for more dishes. If you are looking for more to do after you eat, stop by Revelry, a bar south on Federal/ US1, near Atlantic. Great drinks, live music, medium sized. We stopped after Kan, great way to end the night!

I love GOOD Thai food and I always order Pad Thai. Kan's Thai Kitchen had EXCELLENT Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. The chef must have a high BTU and a narrowly focused flame because the wok hei was real and so real that the food stayed hot for so long. We ordered MILD for both and just as the server said, mild has some heat and it was so good. Good vibe. Good service (the chef brought the dish to our table). Excellent food. We were so happy leaving there. The next time we are in the area (or even passing by), we are there. I wish we had Thai food like this in Tallahassee.

Small, peaceful and quiet on a strip. Decor is a tasteful array of wall mounted wicker baskets and hanging wicker lamps. The food is some of the best Thai I have had in a LONG time - and we travel, always looking for good Thai. Freshly cooked, flavorful and so delicious! We had edamame, pad Thai, and pad see-ew. All superb. Plenty of large juicy shrimp! Will definitely return. Also the place is spotless. Bathrooms are clean and well attended which speaks to the full attention to detail. Bravo.

Kan's was absolutely delicious! I had the Khao Soi and it was definitely the most authentic Thai food I have discovered since moving to south Florida. My mom and sister also loved the spring rolls, Yum Woon Sen salad and the stewed pork soup. Every dish was bursting with flavor! Kan's is a very charming place with great service.

I asked the server how long they have been open and he said 8 months but I see Yelp pics and reviews dating back at least 3 years. Someone must have told him the wrong information but no matter, we are just glad we finally found it. We went with the classic Shoyu Ramen with nishu beef and black garlic. I was over the moon when they touted a 12 hour chicken broth soup base. Every ramen shop I have tried to get ramen from has a pork based broth which I do not eat. I'm finally able to have ramen and boy it did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly al dente and had a satisfying chew with every bite. The broth was so flavorful with the bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and all the slow cooked fats and oil from the chicken broth and the nishu beef, which was tender, thinly sliced rib-eye meat, I suspect. All this topped off with a perfectly cooked soy marinated egg. What an amazing flavor combination. The takoyaki appetizer was also delicious. Biting into the crispy exterior, you are then met with a soft and tender interior filled with chunks of octopus. The balls sat atop Japanese mayo and was drizzled with delicious takoyaki sauce. All it was missing was the katsuobushi which would have elevated the takoyaki flavor. We also ordered the Mala Shrimp which was on the Chinese menu and did not come with rice. That had to be ordered separately. Food came out quick as we were the only patrons apart from another table outside and service was good until a large party sauntered in and the server became inundated with requests. All in all, we will definitely be back to try out other menu items.

I agreed to the soup anyways (with pork ribs floating) and it was yummy with lemongrass and other interesting flavors. A bit messy to get the meat out of the soup and off the bone but the meat was very tender. My friend and I split a meal and it was just the right amount of food.
