My wife and I were last in Palm Springs more than 10 years ago. Walking through the streets rekindled memories of the pleasant times that we spent there. As we walked, my wife pointed at the music box and Clock store on the other side of the street. Do you remember the store finally and mentioned that we had purchased one of her favorite bracelets when we were there along with some beautiful Christmas ornaments. So we had to visit again. It turned out to be the highlight of the week we spent in Palm Springs. The store is still beautiful and just exudes warm feelings. Colton greeted us at the door with an offering of chocolates. He had us at hello. He couldn't have been nicer. We spent about a half an hour there looking through the beautiful items on display and getting to know Colton. If you're in Palm Springs and interested in being surrounded by beautiful objects and getting to know, a truly gracious man I can think of no better way for you to spend your time. My husband and I were in Palm Springs for lunch and I ducked into this great shoppe. It's just beautiful. I saw this bracelet and planned on coming back the next day to purchase but something unexpected happened and had to return home quickly. I couldn't get this bracelet out of my head for a week so we went back to Palm Springs for lunch at Tyler's (best burger) and went back to this shoppe to purchase the bracelet. You can't miss the sparkly Swarvorski crystal figurines & jewelry when you're walking by the window. I just had to go in to see some of the larger pieces I've not yet seen before. One of the owners came by & we chatted for a long time about the different pieces as well as older pieces which came out in the past and are now retired. One display is a rotating mirror with all these poinsettias in pots sparkling brilliantly as they rotated by. It's a great shop to f ind presents or add to a collection as they have Howard Miller clocks, Franz, Lenox, Hummel , Faberge' and Lladro pieces to name a few. The display cases are huge. I have been into this store a couple times now, and have been blown away by the amazing customer service that the workers here exhibit. They know their Pandora stuff, and offer unbiased opinions, as well as placing the beads on for you for you to see how they would look. They also cleaned my bracelet, and it looks amazing. Also, being that I live out of state, they gave me a brochure and told me that I can order anything online and they offer FREE shipping (and no sales tax)- totally awesome! They've got an (online) customer for life, and I will be returning to the shop when I come home to the desert again. :) read more

Tony and Troy are amazing! My partner wanted to get me started on a Pandora bracelet as my birthday gift, but we didn't know where to start. As Pandora's only dealer in the desert, I was thrilled when we got there. They were so patient and helpful...we probably changed charms 25 times-LOL. I am thrilled with my bracelet. Their customer service is second to none...there are a LOT of stores in the desert that could benefit from spending a day with them to learn how to connect with the customer. One of my favorite stops when we are in town! A must for any collector, Swarovski, Lladro, Pandora and so much more! The owners are so very friendly and fun to talk to, whether we buy or not. (Though I most always go in knowing I will buy something - that's why I go in, right?) They are very knowledgeable regarding every line they sell. And they know how to keep a good customer happy. There's so many great things to say about this shop that in the end there are no words. Not only does it have all sorts of beautiful items - not just clocks and music boxes, but also jewelery, statues, Menorahs, boxes, Nativity scenes, etc - and reasonable prices for such expensive items, but the owners and employees are all a bunch of total sweethearts. Tony, Troy and Steve were wonderful to work with when we needed to exchange a "break-up" clock months after we purchased one. They worked with us to arrange a date when we could come by the store and they would have another clock in stock for us to exchange. They are soooo professional and helpful. Was looking for a place to buy Pandora charms in Palm Springs. This is the only place that sells them apparently. We wanted to start a new bracelet for my aunt. Very friendly staff but kind of pushy. Bought a bracelet and some charms from them that seemed a little bit pricey. Checked the pandora website later and found that some of the charms we bought from them were more expensive at this store. I have been looking for 2 crystal ornaments for my daughter. She collects them but didn't have 2004 and 2014. I was given this shops phone number telling me that they were sure they could find them for me. When I spoke with Gordon he was very pleasant and said yes he could get them for me. My husband and I are from Idaho and were here in Palm Springs looking for a place to spend our winters. I walked into this store and right away felt welcomed. I normally don't buy things right away but the employee made me feel like I wanted to buy something. The lady who helped us was warm and pleasant to be around. I wish I would of ask her name because she even had my husband wanting to buy something as well.. On 2/8/14 at 12:31 pm on a sunday we walked into this beautiful little shop and had no idea that I would walk out with a purchase of a teddy bear playing a piano. When you change his hat he play's a different song. I fell in love with it right away. I cant wait to get back to Idaho and unwrap the pretty gift wrap its in and display it for my 15 grandkids to enjoy. Not your typical gift shop, as we found items we haven't seen before and we travel extensively. Can only spend $20, they have you covered. Well, it doesn't get much better than this. I Adore the owners, Troy and Tony, they have treated me with tremendous care and kindness and have helped me in so many ways. The customer service is excellent. I don't live in CA, so unfortunately I have not met them in person, although they make me feel as though I have. Hopefully I'll get to meet them at some point and would love to get lost in there store for a day. They pack and ship my packages so carefully and lovingly, which is super important when it comes to fragile collectibles. I feel that they are as passionate as I am when it comes to my treasured pieces. Each time we speak, at the end of our calls, I feel as though I've just been hugged. (Does that make sense? This is the only store in the Coachella Valley that sells Pandora! I am in the area visiting family for a while and decided that I wanted to purchase a bracelet and some charms for a friend for her Birthday Day. I was immediately welcomed into the shop and asked if I could be helped by one of the owners. I told him I was looking for Pandora bracelets and charms and was showed to the counter. They had a great selection of charms, but unfortunately I had a couple of charms in mind that I wanted to purchase that were sold out. I completely understand this being that it is the only store in the area that sells Pandora and Mother's Day was just upon us. The owners Tony and Troy were very nice patient with me as I tried to make up my mind selecting different charms. As I was picking out the size of the actual bracelet I was telling Troy that I was very unhappy with myself for letting someone at store back home talk me into buying a smaller bracelet than the size I new I was comfortable wearing. Troy took a look at the bracelet and said he would exchange my smaller one for the size I orginally had wanted and he also cleaned the other Pandora Bracelet that I was wearing. In the end I only purchased a bracelet and left my name and phone number to be notified when the charms that I wanted came in since they were already ordered. Overall this is a great little shop on the Strip in Palm Springs. Tony and Troy are a pleasure to deal with! Even if you aren't into Pandora Bracelets stop in their shop.
