Best piano mover ever used and I've used many. Phil is SUPER responsive and responsible. Treats your piano and your home (floors, doors, windows, etc) like they were his own. Calls when he says he will. Shows up when he says he will. So refreshing to do business with a company and a person who does what he says he is going to do. Not all that common these days, really. The other THREE companies/ people I requested quotes from? One never responded at all, one responded the day after my request and the third one responded today--three days after my request and a day and a half after Phil had COMPLETED the move. He responded to my request within about a half hour, gave me his quote immediately, accepted the job immediately and put me on his schedule right away. Phil and his team were amazing! They easily and quickly moved my piano from Alta Loma to Ontario up a sloped driveway then up the stairs into my condo perfectly. You can tell they work well together and communicated to protect both the piano and the walls. Before they moved the piano, they put cloth and moving blankets to cover the stairs and the flooring. Moving up the stairs took some time, but they were really careful and used some cool tools to make it happen. Having played piano for 25+ years, I was pretty nervous to move my piano (mainly because of the stairs) but Phil and Pianos Direct were great.
