What a great experience! Frank knows what he's doing!!! My mom is selling her house and we've had a piano in the family since 1902 and I needed it moved to my home over an hour away! We had a bit of a road issue in getting to the house where the piano was (mother natures fault) but when they arrived, they got right to it! I was afraid the piano would fall apart as they were tilting it to get the dolly underneath it but oh man! It was a joy to watch. They took such great care of not just the piano, but making sure they didn't hit any walls or the drop down ceiling as well. They were very careful as they rolled it out of the house and wrapped it to make sure it wouldn't be damaged in transit. Wow. Had an appointment to have Music In Motion show up today, Friday afternoon, to move our piano and had a total NO SHOW. No call, nothing. Hey guys, if you couldn't make it or had an emergency, have the decency to give us a heads up - we would have understood and could have got started on making other arrangements. I called and left a message for them to make sure we were still on the schedule earlier today - went to voicemail. First indication of trouble. Response? Crickets. Just called again - voicemail. Wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that we're moving out of state, furniture moving guys are coming Monday morning and we made special arrangements to have the moving van here today for the sole purpose of moving the piano first.
