Musketeers is a good place to watch a game and usually eat bar food, the food on this visit was just okay and took a really long time to come out despite it being not busy. The wing sauce was good but the meat was dry, fries were good, calzone was a good size and we loved the garlic butter on top but the sauce and filling were just okay. read more

Stopped in to Musketeers for lunch and was not disappointed. The service was quick and efficient. They have a simple, two-sided menu with appetizers, pizzas, wraps, burgers and sandwiches. The beer selection was around 10-12 taps and more in the coolers. I ordered the chili and a 5 piece chicken wings. The chili was a little sweet for my taste, but still really good. Large chunks of ground beef, corn and white beans were a standout. The wings were crispy and juicy. I would've appreciated a little more garlic Parm sauce, but what was there was tasty. Large bar and dining area with a covered patio. Bathrooms in the rear of dining area were clean and maintained. read more

Our server Stashia was amazing. Prompt, friendly and very efficient. She interacted with with our autistic son. The food was outstanding. Generous portions. Delicious. This restaurant is terrible. It is dirty. The service is horrible. We went out to eat today and the service was incredibly slow. The waitress took all of our orders, and when the food was coming out everyone's came except my grandma's. Her food did not come out for over 35 minutes and the waitress kept promising it would be soon. Then once everyone was done eating did her food finally arrive. We complained that it should be compensated off the bill since she had to sit there for so long and they denied the request saying it's because she ate it when it came. They then added their own 20% gratuity which was not optional. The bill was incorrect - four items were charged incorrectly and when we asked her about it, the waitress was very rude saying she was right and we were wrong but then came back with a corrected bill. They embarrassed us in front of the whole restaurant including talking about us in front of other patrons. We asked to speak to management and she was extremely unprofessional when we spoke with her. The OWNER was even there letting her staff treat people this way!!! And on top of it all, our waitress lied to her boss right in front of us saying my grammas burger order was was placed late by us which is why it didn't come out on time. We spent over $300 in that restaurant and I could not believe they would have the nerve to treat a patron that way. I will NEVER go back again and I would not recommend going either. read more

Fast and friendly service and the food is fresh and flavorful. I dined here several times at lunch, and never had a bad meal. The fare is mostly burgers and sandwiches and salad- but all of them are good. A perfect place to stop for a quick lunch during the week, and with a decent beer menu and a patio with live music, Musketeers is good in the evenings, too. I had mixed experiences in the past. I cautiously ordered a pizza this evening. I asked for it to be cooked through. And it *WAS*! It was excellent! It was a great pizza. No raw dough. I will order pizza from Musketeers again. I've been there about four times over the past month. The service is always *EXCELLENT*! They were out of Truth once, but that's understandable. The Guinness was just fine. This is a great neighborhood establishment. I look forward to returning many more times in the near future. Thanks for the great, perfect, fully cooked pizza. We've never had a raw pizza. They do change their dough recipe from time to time but the dough now is really good. With one or two exceptions we've had really good pizza over the 12 years we've eaten there. We go at least twice a month. read more

Only giving a single star because it's the only way to leave a review. The servers and managers (Jenny and Stacy) deserve zero stars. We came in at 6:10 on a Friday night. The place was empty so we were seated right away. We ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down. Our appetizer came out quickly - soft pretzels. The pretzels were greasy and the cheese was congealed and chunky. An hour goes by, and still no food. At this point I asked for a manager, so Stacy (I think that was her name) came over and was extremely rude and not apologetic for the long wait. Every single table that was seated after us had food. She noted that our order was put in 54 minutes ago and then said she would give us a discount. Fine. 20 minutes later, our food finally comes out. I asked our server (who was also rude and unapologetic) to send the manager over, and that I was not paying for food that came out over an hour after ordering when they were not even busy in the least. The server came back to our table and said the manger didn't want to talk to us and if we didn't pay she will call the police! So I paid the bill in cash, leaving our sad excuse of a server a 44 cent tip, which she also didn't deserve. Never in my life have I not tipped a server 20% but there's a first time for everything! Oh, and we don't even eat our food bc I'm sure they messed with it after I rightfully complained. read more

The burgers here were really good, but nothing to really write home about. This place had your typical American sports bar atmosphere. The service was pretty fantastic and couldn't really have been better on a fairly busy Wednesday night during a Guardians game. Their tater tots are really good. The kids enjoyed their burgers and mac and cheese. We ordered the Buffalo chicken dip, which was really good, but gave all of us stomach issues it seemed - so I would definitely steer clear of that. Fun place with solid food and good beer list. We met two other couples at this bar and had drinks and dinner. A wedding party arrived soon after us and the Guardindians were playing, so the place was hopping. Under the dress of a hi crowd, our server was great. Our drinks were filled in a reasonable amount of time and our food arrived on time and cooked to order. My burger was perfectly medium rare. Delicious! I just love my black and blue burgers at Musketeers Bar and Grill! They never disappoint! I get my burger medium well and it is always done just right. A little crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. The coleslaw is tasty too. It's a bit sweet for my taste but I enjoy it when I'm there. My husband, John, loves their pizza. The Service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere for a sports bar is festive as it should be. We especially enjoy the little patio out back in the summer. It's been years since I'd last been in the musketeers and we were looking to do something different so we headed out ...family in tow, 7pm on a Monday evening. the place was clean but our booth was so tight the table was in my ribs. We ordered food and most of us thought it was ok, but mine was a nasty chicken wrap made of (what seemed like) chicken salad in a pita wrap watery and hard to eat, also my chili was cold and uninteresting. The upside was a pizza we ordered for my granddaughter which looked and smelled great. they ran out of my favorite Miller light beer? Really? the staff was friendly but the food was disappointing. Somebody should revisit that menu and those things that are on it. read more

The initial plan was the clam bake at Winking Lizard Peninsula, but with an hour wait, our group decided to come to Musketeers. The sauce in the pizza was great. Camer here Sunday evening for some food and drinks. We sat outside on the patio under the pergola which is covered with a clear top so you can sit outside even in the rain which is nice. The patio is gorgeous and had a chill vibe to it. There were 3 of us. We each ordered our first round of drinks which came out relatively quickly. The guys had a beer and I had the Bomb-pop cocktail which was delicious!! We ordered an appetizer which was the loading potato bites. They came out and weren't what we expecting them to be, but they were delicious! For the entrees I got the CBR wrap, hubby got the shroom burger and the brother in law got the Buffalo wrap. The food was delicious! The fries were good the tater tots were crispy. The waitress we had was pleasant and attentive. The kitchen seemed a little slow, but we really don't know how busy they were inside and all the tables around us were at the same pace as ours with the food. The only complaint we had was the price. We had a few drinks and the food and our bill was $95 for the hubby and i. It was our first time coming here so we didn't know how much the drinks were since there was no prices on the menu. I understand things are pricy right now all together it was just a little bit of a sticker shock. We will come back bud probably split a dish and only have a round or 2. All of the food coming out for the tables around us looked delicious. read more

We had a limited amount of time before our afternoon meeting at the nearby National Interstate Insurance Company, but gosh darn were we hungry. Found this joint almost by random, but its geographic proximity worked to its advantage. I think we adequately communicated our urgency to our waitress, who executed our order expediently. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and a lemonade, and went into the meeting not worrying about food. Nor did I get groggy. First off, sorry for no pictures, my phone camera isn't working (ugh!). We are on our way to the Poconos and stopped in Richfield for the night. Looked up local pizza places and this came up. It was close to our hotel so that was also a bonus. We ordered and was told about 30 minutes, no problem we wanted to so and get some drinks . Once we pulled in, pretty close to 30 minutes, our order is pizza and wings was ready. We forgot and it would have been nice if they gave us napkins with our to go order. Luckily we could get some at the hotel. But that is the biggest reason for only 3 stars. Please help a customer out, especially the travelers. I know they don't know who is who but napkins are a necessity for any pizza and wing order. Anyway, we ordered a small pizza and 10 wings for the two of us. This cost about $40, so a bit on the expensive side. Before I get into the food I have to say the parking lot is pretty big so I'm assuming they can get busy. We were here on a Monday evening and had no problems. Now, the small pizza has 4 slices. The crust is thick with just the right amount of chew and crisp. The ingredients tasted ok, although a bit skimpy. The sauce is good, in my opinion. The wings were mild and hubby works hand liked the medium but I enjoyed the mild. As a matter of fact I used the extra sauce in the container to dunk my pizza, yummy!! Overall it was a good meal and I always like to try local places when traveling. So yes I would recommend them but if you are taking it to go be sure to ask for napkins! read more

We went Musketeers Bar & Grill Saturday night July 6th, 2024 around 8:00 pm. When we walked in the door there was no one to greet customers. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat in the booth section and chose the booth by the front door. Even though we had SEVERAL servers walk right past us numerous times, no one even acknowledged us. We sat there for 20 minutes like we were invisible. No server asked us if we needed menus, water, anything. We noticed another booth close to us with a family. They had beverages and looked like there were tired of waiting also. After 20 minutes, we finally left and went up the street to Whitey's and were taken care of immediately with great service. I will never return to Musketeers and I will make sure to tell everyone about our experience. read more

My family and I went to Musketeers for dinner and three of us got the cheeseburger special which is a burger, fries and a beer for $10. When we got our check we were charged for our beers and were told that since we got bottles and not pints we had to pay for them. We said we didn't order bottles but just ordered the special but since our waitress was new she mistakenly got us bottles. The manager told us that was too bad and we would still have to pay for them. Extremely poor customer service and just because of that our family and friends will not eat at this restaurant again. Pretty poor decision by the manager for a few dollars. read more

Visited Musketeers for the first time, and I'll have to say we had great service, great food and by far the best Bloody Marys I've had anywhere!! I had the Chili.....it was the best chili I've had out!! So delicious!! Love this place for takeout. We order almost every week. Salads are fantastic, and we also love the gyro, Philly and corned beef sandwiches.

Don't want to knock the place because the food is very good. But they are advertised as open until 2:30am on Sundays, and when I just arrived to eat at 8pm, I was told the kitchen closes at 7:30. Wasn't a good look. Just need to advertise that. read more
