My last trip was in September. I miss the place & real, real, Want to get back! There is a little something there for everyone. Good food,Nice atmosphere, & lots of beautiful Ladies. My first time was on my 45th birthday. That was the best day of my life. I booked my trip there with Phoenix. I've had about 7 trips. I wish i could have had a whole punch more. Every time I have booked Phoenix & other Ladies have joined in. Every time is getting wilder than the last. The trip in September I was Naked in the parking lot while bikers were there. I know that can be topped. I forgot to mention my first time there was my first time. One of my trips I had a foursome. That was a wild time! While visiting Nevada my husband and I decided to visit the Mustang Ranch establishment. The Mustang Ranch is extremely famous, and we wanted to see what it was all about. Our overall impression of the Ranch was nice, clean and a beautiful landscape. The reason for our one star review is regarding the security "officers" that are scattered around, and at the bar door (inside, outside the bar and gate). I will speak to our experience, the security team is abrupt, and is clearly looking to make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. How the security guard spoke to my husband and I was unnecessary, and threatening for no apparent reason. I would mention that we are business professionals (owners) back east, and no threat to anyone, and especially the staff of the Mustang Ranch. We are good people on vacation that were made to feel very unwelcome. I would expect the tactics used by security are likely at the direction of management and the owners (after research the Gilmans). It was unnecessary to treat visitors for lunch so abruptly. Extremely unfortunate as we really looked forward to visiting and having a nice time and meal. We wanted to have a tour bust decided against it after such abrupt treatment. Message to ownership and management. Don't treat your guests as unwanted threats for no reason. Give good people a chance!! It will only continue to result in bad reviews and less visitors. Not everyone that walks through the door to experience the Mustang Ranch is a bad person, and likely just looking to have a nice visit. The Mustang Ranch should be avoided unless you enjoy being treated poorly for deciding to visit for lunch. Being clean cut business professionals clearly doesn't fit the model clientele management and ownership want visiting. The security guards are doing a GREAT job delivering that message to customers. I will be sure to save this review for posting elsewhere. Zero Stars should be an option for the Mustang Ranch. Note: please review some of the google reviews about Mustang Ranch. Specifically, Marcos Gutierrez's review one year ago. It's amazing how much his review echoed our experience to Mustang for lunch. This wonderful place is proof that all the lies told about prostitution/sex work , how it is dangerous, dirty, violent, unpleasant, and forced are just that. Lies. Mustang is an unbelievably cozy, beautiful, sexy, and relaxing place. You would never make nearly as much working at McDonald's or Walmart that you will here, doing the best thing in the entire universe. The workers set their own prices but trust me, the pure emotional and physical bliss you will experience is so worth it. Came to Reno to do a birthday content shoot as an online SWer and as we were in the area my photographer and I HAD to come by to check it out and get a meal. Especially when I knew that one of my fave tiktokers (Regan) worked there! Security was super cool, chatted with us about what to expect and sent us on our way. When we went inside we got some amazing drinks from the bartender. No one really wanted to talk to us or came up to us, but as two females I know we're not the people they're necessarily looking for and we certainly looked a bit out of place! We were nervous! Everyone I interacted with treated me well starting with the bartender Matt and the very special young lady I met - Aubrey - whom I chose out of the line-up to be my partner for the next four hours. She gave me a tour of several of the themed rooms and I chose the Spanish room which included a shower, a special floor tub, a large bed and lots of room. Mustang Ranch is Very comfortable place. The staff is absolutely amazing, very welcoming, professional and great customer service all around, the ladies are beautiful and so sweet. Never have had an issue here, if there is an issue management handles it asap.
